The living room is a cozy gathering space, complete with a smart TV, plush couch, and two inviting armchairs—perfect for movie nights or lazy afternoons. Slide open the glass doors and step onto your private, covered patio, where a table for two and extra seating invites you to sip cocktails in the warm evening breeze. Plus, beach essentials are thoughtfully provided, so you’re always ready for a spontaneous seaside escape.



When you're ready to explore, you're less than five miles from the sugar-white sands of Gulf Shores Beach. Spend a day at Gulf State Park, with its scenic trails and freshwater lakes, or make memories at Waterville USA, a family-friendly water and amusement park just minutes away. Browse the shops at Tanger Outlets in nearby Foley, or grab a bite and catch live music at the iconic Hangout on the beach. This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 3 private bedrooms.



Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, patio access, and a smart TV.



Bedroom #2 includes a full size bed and a smart TV.



Bedroom #3 includes queen size bed, a smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.



This home also includes an additional bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



THINGS TO NOTE:

• Washer and dryer in home.

• Lot parking available for 2 vehicles available.

• Colony Club has a parking/check-in policy for renters. All renters are to check in at the clubhouse within 24 hours of arriving to get a parking pass for each vehicle. These are $25 each and will cover you for the length of your stay.

• The clubhouse is open the following times: Monday - 9am-5pm, Wednesday - 9am-5pm, Friday - 9am-12pm, Saturday - 9am-5pm. Don't worry if you arrive and it's closed, just go at the next available time.

• Wrist bands are needed for access to pool and fitness center. A total of six wrist bands are provided inside unit. Each wrist band is $35 if lost or damaged.

• This home is located on the ground level; no stairs required.
