Papago Pines - 5 bedrooms, EACH WITH ATTACHED EN SUITE BATHROOM & Smart TV

With each bedroom having it's own attached bathroom, and smart TV, Papago Pines is perfect for a large family, or multiple families/couples!

At 2600 sq ft., our cabin has plenty of space for your next gathering. For your comfort, we offer central air conditioning for those warmer months! On the bottom level there is a great room (including the kitchen, the dining area, and the living room with a gas fireplace), a half bathroom, a laundry room, and the master bedroom w/ bathroom. Upstairs, there are four bedrooms, all having their own attached bathrooms. (ALL bedding and linens, including the duvet covers and bath mats, are laundered between guests). Out front, there is a deck running the entire length of the house and a porch swing to sit on to enjoy the weather and watch the kids play. There is also a set of Cornhole boards, and a Hook 21 game for your enjoyment. Out back, there is a fence yard (not landscaped and still in a natural forest state...see pics) and a large uncovered deck to soak up some warm sunshine!

Nearby, there is a park with a playground and volleyball court and there are plenty of trails for hiking, biking, and off-roading. Mormon Lake, or Lake Mary, are both in the area and are great places to have a picnic!

You will definitely want to visit Munds Park's amazing local restaurants (all minutes from the cabin), including Agee’s Barbeque Market, SportsMunds Bar & Grill, NiMarco's Pizza, the Pinewood Diner, and Kota’s (an amazing coffee shop!). Since it is a small town, It is always best to check the days/hours of operation. It can vary depending on the season.


**IMPORTANT - PLEASE NOTE**
-Pictures will be taken before, and after, rental. We are trusting you with our family cabin. Please respect that and follow all house rules and policies. If something gets damaged, let us know asap and we will address it professionally and fairly.
-There is a minimum age requirement of 25 years old. At least one member of the party must be 25 years old or older.
-No parties, or events, are permitted.
-There is a Ring doorbell (with a camera and audio) installed at the front door, which is used to confirm arrivals and departures for our cleaning crew, and to provide additional security when the property is empty. There is also a ring camera, with audio, mounted on the house facing the back yard. They are not monitored during your stay and will only be reviewed if there is a need (neighbor complaints, weather, parking issues, etc).
-Occupancy: Booker must stay on the property. The occupancy limit is 12 guests, Infants are included in the occupancy limit (there are exceptions, so please contact host)
-There is parking for 5 to 6 vehicles. Please let us know if you have more than that, or if you will have trailers/side x sides, etc. We may be able to accommodate, but please contact host prior to booking for approval.
-While we supply a "baby" gate for use by the stairs, please note that it is only to be used at the bottom of the stairs. It is a tension gate, and if not installed properly, or if it is pushed/leaned on, it may not be secure. Again, this gate is for use at the bottom of the stairs only.
-This property has a strict NO DRUGS & NO SMOKING/VAPING, of any kind, policy.
-We have had elk, skunks, and javelina in our yard. At night, park residents night cameras have picked up bears and large cats. Munds Park is in the forest. Please act accordingly.
-There is a fire pit in the backyard for guest use. However, it is guest responsibility to check to make sure there are no fire restrictions (pinewoodfire.org). All outdoor fires must be in the designated fire pit in the back yard, even if you bring your own self contained fire pit. There is a hose on the side of the house, and a shovel in the mechanical closet (off of the laundry room). Please, keep these close at hand when burning, and never leave a fire unattended! Fireworks, firecrackers and all types of pyrotechnics are prohibited. *Firewood is not provided*
-In winter, make sure you are parked all the way in the driveway. DO NOT park in the culdesac. If a snow plow comes through, and your vehicle is in street, it may be buried by the plow, or possibly towed!
-VRBO'S map is not accurate. Munds Park is 22 miles from Flagstaff, 40 miles from Sedona and 104 miles from the Grand Canyon.
