Welcome To Our Vacation Home

This 5 bedroom newly remodeled home has an open floor plan ready for families to enjoy the beauty of Munds Park. 21 miles south of Flagstaff AZ, Munds Park is a little known gem for relaxation, golf and outdoor activities. This house is perfect for multiple families with a large front and back porch that expands your living space into the outdoors. An oversized garage is set up with a ping pong table, air hockey, connect four, cornhole, darts, couch and tv so the bigger kids can have a space for themselves. We DO NOT have Air Conditioning for the summer months however we do have extra portable fans in each bedroom. House is NOT in Sedona (it is 40 miles away) - Make sure your Google Map address is listed as Munds Park 86017. Google maps sometimes changes the city to Sedona - make sure it is Munds Park.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was perfect and was exactly as described. Our kids really enjoyed the game room and us adults loved sitting on the deck each night. Weā€™re looking forward to renting this house again!

Amazing Getaway

We had an amazing stay. The house easily accommodated 10 of us. The fireplace and decor made our stay so cozy. We enjoyed the wide open space and variety of games that were available. The ping pong table in the garage was so much fun!!

Perfect rental in Munds Park!

This property is beautiful, very clean and in an ideal location! Everythign you need to enjoy your time in the pines! The back patio is covered and was the perfect place to enjoy the summer rains and cooler weather. The location can not be beat, walk to the restaurants, Pinewood Club, hiking trails etc. The owners were responsive and very sweet. We will definitely be renting this home again!!

Munds Park Stay

Great property for family. It's difficult to find 5 bedroom homes for rent and this one was great! In addition, the garage was converted to a game room so we all had fun. It's on the main street running thru Munds Park so can be a little loud with vehicles at times but night time everything quieted down.

Great stay!

The only drawback to the property is itā€™s located right on the main road with a lot of ATV activity. The spaciousness of the house and the large front deck make up for it, though! Kristy was a great host and super responsive to the two things we needed help with. There are a lot of bedrooms and the kitchen island is massive which makes it great for entertaining or larger groups in general. Overall it was a great stay and we would rent here again.

Winter wonderland

Stayed at house in early March. Came into town at the tail end of a snow storm. House was nice to hang out at with family. We didnā€™t have any problems with power outages. We couldnā€™t use the game room because it was too cold.

Fun in the Snow!

We absolutely loved our trip to Munds Park! We spent 5 nights with our family and friends in this beautiful wonderland. There was plenty of room for our three families to spread out and the kids loved the game room. While the cabin was big, it still felt cozy with the big fire place! The owner is very easy to work with and quick to respond. We were lucky enough to be there when it snowed. The kids built a snowman in the big front yard, enjoyed sledding and had the time of their lives during a snowball fight. We were close enough to go into Flagstaff and up to Snow Bowl to ski/snowboard and enjoy the fun restaurants Flagstaff has to offer. I would highly recommend staying here. We will definitely be back!

Great Location to Explore the Area

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Vacation Home in Munds Park. It is situated in a fantastic location, offering the perfect blend of convenience and tranquility, making it an ideal retreat for families and groups alike. We were able to explore Sedona, Flagstaff and the Grand Canyon while returning to the home for rest, relaxation and family games each evening. One of the standout features of this vacation rental was its spacious layout, which comfortably accommodated our large group, including kids. There was ample room for everyone to spread out and relax, ensuring that no one felt cramped or overcrowded. Whether we were gathering for meals in the well-appointed kitchen or unwinding in the cozy living area by a fire, there was plenty of space for everyone to enjoy. Upon arrival, we initially had some challenges accessing the houseā€”the owner was super responsive and resolved our issues immediately. We found the house to be very clean and obviously well-maintained. Would definitely recommend!

Spacious Family Home

We rented this home for a mother-daughter get-away. This was our home base for our visits to Flagstaff and Sedona. I stayed with my two sisters and my 88 year old mother. We each had our own bedrooms, with very comfortable beds. My two sisters shared a bath upstairs and I used the guest bath at the bottom of the stairs. My mother had the spacious master bedroom downstairs. The home was very comfortable and provided just the right space for us to enjoy spending time together. The location was wonderful. We were very near walking trails and easy in and out of Munds Park. The home is located on a main thoroughfare, but was very quiet. We had a few maintenance issues (dishwasher wouldnā€™t drain and ice maker was frozen solid) and the home owner responded quickly, letting us know both items would be addressed. The garage that has been converted to a game space looked so fun! We didnā€™t use that space, but I know my own children would enjoy it and it would be reason to return!

Holiday Get away!

This place was great! Everything was very clean and there were extra linens etc. Both the inside and outside had a lot of usable space. The Game room was a lot of fun as well! Communication was the best that I have had We would stay here again for sure!

Location & Amenities

Kristy is a great host, super responsive with our questions and addressed our needs with a smile! And the property, location and amenities are top notch! Early morning walks, hikes, golf at the club, even the BBQ at Agee's are all a hop-skip and a jump away! The thunderstorms from the covered back patio are AMAZING and the garage with everything our teens could want to keep them occupied and having fun was the perfect break from the electronics! This was our second stay and we will absolutely be back for more! This property does not disappoint!!

Great Family Place

Been going to Munds Park for over 30 years. The neighborhood is great. This property was awesome for mine and brothers' families. Lots for the kids to do a big yard and lots of beds to sleep in. Would rent again if the need arises!
