Tiara Sands is located on the Cerritos Beach area of Mazatlan. The Building is in the shape of the letter U. #310 is smack dab on the SIDE OCEAN on the third floor, it has a very large veranda and a second balcony off of the Master Bedroom. In the middle of Tiara Sands is the courtyard and XL pool and spa tub. Tiara Sands was developed by a Canadian developer and thus the vast majority of home owners are from Canada and the US. Tiara Sands has an excellent FT staff and is a few steps from the bus and taxi stop. Tiara Sands is also very convenient to the new Walmart La' Marina, the Gallerias Mall and Movie theaters. The beach next to us is 5 km long from end to end and offers a beautiful walk on the shoreline. There is also a gymnasium and large pool deck at Tiara Sands. Our condo #310 has 2 bedrooms and one bathroom. The master has a very comfortable queen bed, walk in closet and features marble bathroom and large shower. The second bedroom has a queen bed. There is in-suite laundry.

The kitchen and dining area are granite, with cedar cabinets and with high-end Stainless GE Monogram appliances. We even have a top end Kitchen aid blender for smoothies. There is also a stereo, WiFi and 46 inch HD flat screen TV. The furnishings are leather, granite and wood.I am certain that you will enjoy your stay at our place. There is a pool and Jacuzzi on the premises and an elevator.
Also, there is a wide ample deck with beach chairs where you can enjoy sunbathing, sounds of the waves and a sense of exclusivity all year round. During the winter and spring, management creates a ramp to have direct access to the beach but during the summer and fall, the ramp is removed because the sand gets inundated with rocks. The only access to the beach would be two blocks down during the summer and fall.
