This location was excellent. The property's pictures were exactly as the shown. The homey decor was more than expected. 10/10 I have already recommended. The views were more than expected. The host was engaging and attentive. Thank you for a memorable experience.

Kim was extremely helpful from initial booking through departure. Beautiful home with a great view. We were offered a late check out which we took advantage of since the weather was perfect. We will be back!

Great place

House is bigger than photos suggest; great location. Only wish there was more seating in living room to watch tv but otherwise great. Will definitely be back

Great location - Lots to do

The location was perfect right near the pool and overlooking the lake and mountain. The unit was clean. Even though you couldn’t go in the lake because of dredging we still could rent a boat and the kids still enjoyed playing in the sand. There were some bikes there for us to enjoy as well. It was a very nice long weekend.

Thank you for being so understanding about the lake. The damn needed repairing and it is filling up fast. Thank goodness they have so many amenities and two pools at Midlake and now boat rentals are back in operation. You will definitely see the lake back to normal next time you return. I was glad that you had a great time and look forward to hearing from you again.

No lake

While the property was very nice we were extremely disappointed with the fact that the lake was “closed” for swimming and boating. We booked a lake house and just having a pool left us unhappy

So sorry Marie that the lake did not refill in time for your trip. The lake was supposed to be full as of that time. You were so gracious and understanding and when you return I can get you a discount and the lake will be back up to its original depth. I was glad to hear you still enjoyed your vacation. Can't wait for your return.

Big Boulder Lake

We had a lovely 3 night 4 day stay on Lake Boulder. The location is awesome, from unit to pool is seconds away, a bit longer walk to beach pool and lake beach access What didn’t we like; the furniture and appliances are all dated and a bit tired. Ice maker and washer did not work, we just bought a bag of ice and only laundry was sheets as we were leaving. If we stayed all week this would have been a hardship. Kim was great to work with. If appliances and furniture are updated would go back in a heartbeat.

There was an ice machine above the fridge. I wish you did reach out and I could have mentioned that. So sorry that the washing machine broke during your stay, and has since been repaired. 90% of all the furniture was replaced this year with brand new beds, mattresses, etc. so I'm not sure what you meant, but you did mention that you had a wonderful time and I was so glad to hear it!

Double booked

When we walked to the owner's property on the 3rd floor in the evening with our heavy items, including groceries for dinner and water, we found the baggage of others and the TV turned on. We asked the owner about the situation, and she said she got double booked because of some errors by Vrbo. We had to find other accommodations to stay at the spot in front of the building, shivering in the cold, with our starving three kids. We called Vrbo but were put on hold for over 30 minutes. When we finally did get connected to an operator, the line was disconnected before we could fully explain our situation. They did not even call us back. We eventually had to stay in the 2-star hotel that we definitely did not want to visit and started to make our dinner at 10 pm. In the hectic situation that night, the owner texted us to request to cancel this trip on our end for fear of affecting her metrics. How dare you. We wasted our precious time, effort, gas, and mileage of our cars. On top of that, Vrbo and the owner ruined our family reunion. How will Vrbo and the owner compensate us for this terrible experience on our trip?

My deepest apologies. Of course I refunded your stay and gave you credit to use in the future but it was quite an uncomfortable experience. Not an experience I'm familiar with as a host and I hope it never happens again. I cannot control the glitch in the calendar not synchronizing, and my deepest apologies for not catching it. Thank you so much for being so tolerant. I will take Axel and care of you when you return and I look forward to hearing from you in the future.

Beautiful views and location, some inconveniences

The lake and pool are beautiful! Perfect location. Access to the lake club was nice to have. The unit is big. There are three kings, a futon, and a twin sized pull out couch. Sheets will be needed for the couch and futon. Fits 8 people comfortably. Our first day though, we realized the AC was broken. The condo was up to 85°+ that day. After waiting a few hours and the temperature climbing, they provided us fans to get going throughout the house and was provided with a portable air conditioning unit. HVAC came two different days and concluded that the unit was broke. They provided two more portable air conditioners the second night. We did get a small refund (about 10%) for our trouble. She did say the unit is now fixed though for future guests. There was no canoe and kayak available by the condo as originally stated in our email, but she did say she’d pay for one at the club if we wanted (not as convenient, so we passed). The kitchen could use baking pans and sharp knives. The front door was busted, looks like maybe it was kicked in at some point. Kim was accessible via text. A little pricey for what we got compared to what family got in a similar condo for much less and no inconveniences.

My apologies for the inconvenience with the hvac. The front door was not broken into. New furniture was brought up a few months ago and there is a dink in it because of that. Maintenance people confirmed that the concrete door is perfectly safe and locks effectively. Sorry the email said kayak and canoe. I send check in information that is updated and accurate so it must have been an old email for automatic send. I do have on the site that I supply bikes-but not kayak for amenities. Thank you so much for the feedback on sharp knives and baking pans. We restock monthly but it is nice to get the feedback from guests. You were correct -the HVAC was fixed and I'm glad the extra portable units kept you comfortable. Thank you.

Lovely Stay with Amazing View

We had a wonderful time at the condo this summer. We loved the view from the balcony and how close we were to the pool. I love this community because it is so clean and they just added EV chargers this year! Property owner was easy to chat with and helpful. Great stay!

Great place for three couples to stay. Each is somewhat separated with private bath. Right in front of the pool and and boulder lake. Close to lake harmony. Wish we had known

The condo itself was nice. Disappointed not being able to swim in the lake. The tiki bar was not open and being renovated. Rented kayaks but many spots you could stand up in water up to your knees. Pool was nice. Owner responsive when tv had issues. Wish we had known before we booked that the lake was not what we expected due to dam repairs. Price way too high for lack of amenities that were expected.

Amazing view, great place to stay

Family had a wonderful vacation. Location was close to everything we needed to do. The place was clean and spacious enough for my family of 6. We loved the decor and enjoyed our stay.

Lovely vacation

I recommend this property. I loved the interiors and the way it was decorated. Kim the property owner was very nice and always available for us during our stay on phone call for any queries.

View of Happiness

Great time and great place. Plan on staying again in the fall. Honestly, I could just sit and stare at the lake for days. Owner was always helpful.
