Courtside 58 is a ground floor apartment with no steps to navigate. Courtside is 1.5 blocks from the beach and next door to Van Der Meer Tennis Center. A special membership with Van der Meer provides Courtside guests with tennis privileges up to one hour per day per condo. This community has two on-site pools, a lagoon with fountain, and parking at the front door of each property. Courtside is within 3 blocks of Coligny Plaza, the Beach Market and Park. This quaint downtown area offers guests a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages. King in master bedroom, two twins in bedroom 2, living room has a queen sleeper sofa.

Good location but needs new carpet

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The rental definitely needs new carpet/flooring and more amenities in the kitchen to cook with. The condo has original everything and could do with updates. Master bathroom shower was stuck on Hot. Back sliding door lock was inoperable.

We asked for early check in, we were told ‘no’. But then got a text message about an hour later that the property was done and ready to check in at 11am. It was perfect because we were about to pull into town. We arrived and unloaded our stuff from a 24 hour drive and it was clear that the unit hadn’t been cleaned. The beds were unmade, the towels were in the bathtub, food was in the fridge, the floors weren’t vacuumed. It was clearly a mistake that we got the text to check in, but I just threw the sheets and towels in the wash and ran the vacuum. For me, small price to pay to be able to check in at 11:30am rather than 4pm. Cleaners stopped by about 30 minutes after we arrived, and there was a language barrier, our stuff was already everywhere, and towels and sheets were already in the wash, so we sent them away. Would absolutely stay again. Thanks for the first family vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, very clean, pool, washer, dryer, etc... everything you need. Property and surrounding areas are really nice, well maintained and safe. Check in/out and reservation process was so easy. Only downside (if you’d call it that, maybe nitpicking) is the furnishings, fixtures and decorations could use some upgrades. However, everything was in good working condition.

Nice location and amenities

The location was great. I would add that it is in some need of some cosmetic updates. Flooring in kitchen and carpet needs updated as there were stains. Master shower stuck. Spacious but in need of some upgrades.

Great find.

We planned a last minute trip, and lucked into this rental being available. We enjoyed the location, close to Coligny. The walk to the beach is a little longer due to no public access directly by the property, but we rented bikes and it was just about a 5-10 minute bike ride or so (hard to judge because we had little kids). Would stay here again!!

Great for a quick getaway

This no frills property met all of our needs and was within walking distance of a couple of our favorite restaurants, a new awesome park that our kids loved, and coligny plaza. The property has some needs as far as updating (carpet, paint, etc) but again, met all our needs. Thanks!

As Described

As described, furnishings were worn and cleanliness was okay, given the older furnishings. Drapery mechanisms did not function, and the guest toilet did not flush. However, the manager was responsive, and sent someone to repair the toilet. The location on the ground floor was great, and the facility was within easy walking distance of the beach and shopping. There were no surprises, and we were happy with our stay.

Not our best VRBO...

Location was great. It seemed clean but unit had strong unpleasant odor. It was just a older unit that had not been remodeled. We're thinking the original carpet. The property management company was wonderful and helped us out. Would definitely rent from Seashore Vacations but a different property.

Wonderful stay in Hilton Head Island SC

Amazing location and property. The only down side was we had to leave to return home. Hopefully we’ll be returning to the same accommodations next year

Excellent location!

The check in was quick and easy. Lots of information about area restaurants. Pool less than one minute from back door to lounging. Plenty of kitchen supplies to cook, eat, and clean with. It's a short walk to the beach. We had the best weekend! Thank you!!

In need of updating

This place needs an update. It had a very strong and stinky smell that we could not figure out were it was coming from, also it was not very clean, there were crumbs on the sofa and minor stains that needed to be clean as well as being dusted. Lastly beds were the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept in in my life, they were as hard as a rock , my back was hurting the whole time I was there and I do not have back problem

Great location, right by the pool short drive or walk to the beach. My only con is not having a TV in the second bedroom. Buddy was great and answered any questions or concerns we had. Planning to use this location again in soon.

Nice flat off the beach. Perfect for our stay. It was spacious and gave us plenty of privacy. There wasn't much not to like. Would stay there again.
