Just off the great room is a fabulous, covered entertainment patio that features a gas fire pit, dining table, comfortable couch set, a private Hot Tub, and a built-in gas BBQ. The patio is a great spot to sit back, relax and enjoy the views of the gold course and Tipple Hill! Take a short walk up the cart path to enjoy a wonderful dinner and exquisite drinks at Swiftwater Winery.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
* The main floor master has a king bed, direct private access to the back patio and an attached private bath with a heated floors, walk-in shower, soaking tub and dual sinks.
* The 2nd main floor bedroom has a queen bed.
* The 1st upper floor master has a king bed and a private bath with a walk-in shower.
* The 2nd upper floor master has a king bed and a private bath with dual sinks and a shower/tub combo.
* The 3rd upper floor bedroom features a queen bed.
* The upper floor bonus bunkroom has two sets of twin over twin bunks, a full trundle and a TV Lounge area with Blu-Ray. The bunk room is supported by a hall bath with a tile shower.
* At the top of the stairs is a loft area which includes a full hide-a-bed couch.
* Off the other side of the kitchen is a guest bath with a tile shower, a large laundry room, and a mudroom entrance.
