The space:
Your home away from home is a 3-Bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat. Equipped for families with young children, including infants (pack n play available), or fully ready for 3 couples or 6 friends to gather. Tons of books, puzzles, craft supplies, toys, kid and adult games, and more.


Bedroom 1 is equipped with 2 Twin beds with wall-mounted baby monitor and sound machine.


Bedroom 2 is equipped with 1 Full bed and sound machine.


Bedroom 3 is The Master and equipped with 1 King bed and the second bathroom.


When you walk through the front door you’ll enter the open concept living and dining spaces that transition to the large island of the fully equipped Chef’s kitchen. We have you covered with all kitchen supplies, appliances, all the kids eating needs, snacks, and of course an awesome coffee bar.

Down the hallway you will find the first full bathroom, equipped with a bathtub and shower. Further down the hall on the right are bedrooms 1 and 2, with the Master bedroom and with-in, bathroom 2 on the left of the hall.

Exit to the backyard through the sun-lit door at the end of the hallway, or through the sliding french door in the Master bedroom. You will be welcomed by the beautiful lush plants and fruit trees. Outdoor play is just steps away, with endless exploring for kids, and fun for adults with a large patio, BBQ, and corn hole just around the corner from the french doors. Relax on the comfortable sectional and take a deep breath as you watch your children laugh and play with all the fun things in the backyard.

This home values being environmentally friendly by choosing reusable when possible, non-toxic products and materials, zero-low VOC indoor paint, no fragrances/perfumes in any products used in the home or linen washing, no harmful chemicals used. We choose safe products for your families health.

Guest access:
When you book your stay with us, you have access to the entire property except the garage. You have entire privacy with no shared spaces. 1-2 cars can park in the drive-way (depending on vehicle size), with available public parking on the street.

Other things to note:
-Only non-smoking guests may stay and visit this property.
-No Smoking Allowed: Smoking is strictly prohibited on our property and only non-smoking guests are allowed to rent this home. This means if an interested guest is a smoker of: cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, vaping, all the above and etc., kindly refrain from booking a stay at this property.
-While our backyard play space is awesome, please note house rules, no unsupervised children playing in the backyard.
-A separate rental unit is on the side of this property with long-term working medical professional residence. It has it's own private entrance and fenced in yard, there are no shared spaces with this unit. We just ask guests to please be respectful of noise level in the backyard in the evenings. Outside quiet hours are 9pm-7am.
