Escape to TreeTops Ayframe, newly built in 2025! The largest traditional Aframe in the world at 2,200 square feet, right on one of the most scenic blue ribbon trout rivers in Michigan, the Pigeon River. On 3 acres with its own peninsula, the home features 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and a floating third level loft fittingly named the Eagles Nest, unlike anything you've seen. Hop in the hot tub and take in the sounds of the river or cozy up by the fire listening to the vinyl record player.
The Space:
Step inside TreeTops Ayframe and experience a space meticulously designed for comfort and breathtaking views. The home features custom walnut craftsmanship, complemented by soaring 30-foot ceilings. The main living area, the heart of the home, is bathed in natural light streaming through walls of windows and skylights, emphasizing the A-frame architecture. A cozy seating area with a gas fireplace invites relaxation. The open-plan layout connects seamlessly to the dining space and fully equipped kitchen, complete with a giant 9-foot waterfall island. Each of the three tranquil bedrooms offers a queen bed: the Pigeon River Suite, the Indian River Suite, and the Sturgeon River Suite. A unique feature is the third-level floating loft, the Eagles Nest, with hammock chairs perfect for enjoying morning coffee while overlooking the river, 30 feet below. Outside, a hot tub and riverside firepit await, offering relaxation amidst the sounds of the Pigeon River. The 2nd Story Landing provides a pull-out sofa bed and arcade games to enjoy.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire property, including the driveway and parking area, accommodating up to three vehicles.
