WAIVER OF LIABILITY FOR USE OF POOL and Hot Tub
The guests agree to use extreme caution and care in the pool on the premises and to pay any and all repair charges for damage to the pool and/or property caused by the guests.
Guests further agree that everyone using the pool will shower and clean feet upon use.
Furthermore, the agreement is made that NO oils, bubble bath, soaps, other liquids, or any other harmful materials will be used in the pool.
No glass products whatsoever are allowed in or around the pool. If any items such as soaps, bath products, food, alcohol, etc. are found in the pool, the guest will be charged a cleaning fee of $200.
Guests acknowledge and accept the risks inherent in the use of the pool. Guests voluntarily assume the risk of injury, accident, death, personal injury, or property damage that may arise from the use of the pool. By using the pool guests agree to follow all house rules associated with it and release the host/property owner from any and all claims, liability, or losses whatsoever arising out of or in any way associated with the guests' use of the pool, including but not limited to death, personal injury, or property damage, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence.
Vehicles
The maximum number of vehicles that may be located at a residence between the hours of 11:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m. shall be limited to one (1) vehicle per approved bedroom or one (1) vehicle for every two and one-half (2½) people allowed under the maximum overnight occupancy.
MOKE VEHICLE RENTAL AGREEMENT
Liability Waiver & Hold Harmless Agreement

NOTICE TO GUEST: This is a legally binding contract. By signing, you are giving up certain
legal rights, including the right to sue Cobble and Key Property Group LLC, dba One Sweet
Stay, and its affiliates, owners and subsidiaries as well as the Property Owner(s).
1. REPRESENTATIONS BY GUEST
By accepting the key code to the Moke LSV (the "Vehicle"), the Guest represents and warrants:
● Licensing: I am at least 25 years of age and possess a valid U.S. Driver’s License.
● Authorized Drivers: Only the individuals listed on the rental reservation who have
signed this waiver are authorized to drive.
● Insurance: I have active personal automobile insurance. I understand that my own
insurance is primary for any damage or injury caused by my operation of the Vehicle.
● IOP Compliance: I will not operate the Vehicle on the Isle of Palms Connector, on the
beach, on sidewalks, or on any road with a posted speed limit exceeding 35 MPH.
2. MANAGER’S LIMITED ROLE & DISCLAIMER
Guest acknowledges that Cobble and Key Property Group LLC, dba One Sweet Stay
("Manager") is a property management firm and not a vehicle rental agency.
● Manager does not own, maintain, or inspect the Vehicle.
● MANAGER MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE
MECHANICAL CONDITION OR SAFETY OF THE VEHICLE.
3. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Operating an LSV on public roads in Charleston County involves inherent risks, including
collisions with full-sized motor vehicles, ejection, or injury from lack of a traditional vehicle
"cage." I voluntarily assume all risks, known and unknown, associated with the use of the
Vehicle.
4. RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS
In consideration for the use of the Vehicle, I, on behalf of myself and my guests, hereby
RELEASE, WAIVE, AND FOREVER DISCHARGE Cobble and Key Property Group LLC, It’s
Clients, Partners and all parties with ownership interest in the vacation rental property
associated with the use of the Moke LSV Rental, from any and all liability for personal injury,
death, or property damage, including claims of NEGLIGENCE by the Manager or Owner(s), et
al. I further agree to INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS the Manager and Owner from any
third-party claims, lawsuits, or judgments (including attorney’s fees) arising out of my use or my
guests' use of the Vehicle.
5. SOUTH CAROLINA LAW & VENUE
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. If any part of this waiver
is found to be unenforceable, the remaining portions shall remain in full force. Venue for any
dispute shall be in Charleston County, SC.

including damage, injury (even minor) or accidents to the Property manager and or local
police (if warranted) within 24 hours of the occurrence UNLESS significant damage,
injury requiring medical attention or an accident involving another vehicle, pedestrian,
driver or LSV / bike / scooter operator or passenger of has occurred, in such case YOU
MUST REPORT THE INCIDENT TO US AS WELL AS LOCAL LAW ENFORCEMENT
IMMEDIATELY.
______ I understand I am Fully waiving any and all legal rights I may have, or possibly
become entitled to at a later time, to bring claim, harm or legal action against Cobble and
Key Property Group LLC, its affiliates, owners, clients and partners as well as the
vacation rental property owner and their affiliates, indefinitely and without revocation for
any reason with or without relation to or as a result of any portion of this agreement and or the
operation of the Moke LSV/ and or any injury, liability, or other reason known or unknown as a
result of its operation, nor as a participant, passenger, occupant, driver or otherwise in
unrelated proximal engagement or association of any kind to the Moke, or its drivers, occupants
and projectiles, notwithstanding.

vehicle insurance card front and back in the provided space below.
