Lourinhã town is a 3 minute drive from the development so all amenities from restaurants and cafes to supermarkets and farmers’ market are at hand. Enjoy delicious meals at our on-site restaurant, whether you dine in or choose takeaway making it easy to relax and enjoy your vacation.
Located on the top floor, the apartment welcomes you into a spacious living area that seamlessly connects to a fully equipped modern designer kitchen—thoughtfully designed to make cooking both effortless and enjoyable.
The two beautifully appointed bedrooms feature plush, comfortable beds, built-in wardrobes, and elegant marble bathrooms, both ensuite. The space extends to a generous terrace, ideal for basking in the sun, savoring stunning sunsets, or enjoying alfresco dining. Additionally, there is a separate laundry room equipped with a washer and a dryer and a cloakroom for your convenience. The apartment also includes a designated open but covered parking space on the level below. The block has elevators from the parking area to the units.
Lisbon and its international airport are a short 40 mins drive. There is Fibre Wifi, Smart TV and air conditioning through out the apartment.
For the more active holiday maker, Silver Coast offers a haven for all sports from surfing to golf, to cycling. For those wanting to just enjoy the area, we can recommend places to visit including vineyards to try the local wines.
