This fantastic retreat, set in the heart of Beaver Creek, offers a family room with floor-to-ceiling windows, a gas fireplace, and sleeper sofa, a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, plus a dining table. Additional features include two guest suites, each with a beautifully-appointed bathroom (one has a king-size bed, the other has two twin beds that can be converted into a king), a stacked washer/dryer, air conditioning, and ceiling fans. Residence layout and views may vary by unit.

Guests will appreciate mountain or village views from the terrace, as well as the convenience of being steps from the base of Beaver Creek Mountain and Village dining and shopping. Complimentary shuttle service, a year-round indoor swimming pool, indoor/outdoor hot tubs, a fitness center, and a sauna are also available.

We are currently completing exterior improvements to the property, including roof and window replacements. Construction will be taking place throughout, and guests may experience intermittent noise as well as some impacts to access in certain areas. We appreciate your understanding as we carry out these important upgrades during the summer and fall 2026 season.
