Guest access The entire condo is exclusively yours for the duration of your stay—so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home. Located on the third floor, the condo is easily accessible by elevator from the main lobby. Entry is via a traditional key, which will be personally provided to you upon check-in. [Noise] Please be mindful of neighbours and refrain from excessive noise or loud music, especially after 10pm.

[No smoking inside] Please note the property is no-smoking. Any smoking evidence will result in a fee taken from your security deposit for odour removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning. If you smoke outdoors, please dispose of your cigarettes safely due to the high risk of fire.

[No Pets Allowed] We love those little (and not so little) furry bundles of joy. Sadly, the property is not suitable to accommodate them

[No Infants Allowed] For safety and comfort reasons, we cannot accommodate infants at this property.

[Primary Renter Age] The primary renter must be 25 years or older. Guests aged 18 and above are permitted only when accompanied by someone 25 or older.

[No Parties/Events] We kindly ask you to treat the property as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.

[Hot Water Use] Please conserve hot water — extended or heavy use may temporarily cause it to run out.
