Welcome to Casita CMN! This mighty casita is perfect for families of 4/5 people! 2br, 2.5 bathrooms, a relaxing jacuzzi, and a 9-min. walk to the beautiful Playa Guiones beach! It's situated between the new skate park and all the restaurants and mini super, yet quiet, and close to the trails of the Green Zone. Surf, yoga, biking, kayaking, SUP, tennis, horseback riding, ziplining, fishing… or just relax! Come have fun!

Brand new casita finished in February 2024! 2 br, 2.5 bath, sleeps 4/5.

The first floor has an open full kitchen with gas stove, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, and anything you may need to cook a great meal, as well as complimentary coffee, tea, sugar, olive oil, salt, and spices on arrival.

The cozy kitchen island sits 5. You'll find a half bathroom right by the entrance door, in front of the stairs.

While in the living room, sit on the couch and relax! Enjoy the beautiful natural light coming through the glass doors overlooking the jacuzzi, towels ready to enjoy it, and watch the leaves on the trees slowly sway outside in the deck.

For a movie night, turn on our smart TV and cool down with the AC indoors, or the fan.

The comfy outdoor dining table, suited with a powerful ceiling fan, is perfect for both a drink or a meal.

Relax after a long day of surfing or remote work soaking in our jacuzzi!

The top floor has two bedrooms:

- The main room has a king size bed; AC; fan; smart TV; a desk and office chair with back up UPS battery for that important zoom call; an en-suite bathroom with shower; and an empty closet.

- The kids room has a twin over a full bunk bed; AC; fan; desk, and office chair with back-up UPS battery power; an en-suite bathroom with shower; and an empty closet.

Enjoy symmetrical cable internet throughout the house with strong & fast WiFi of 200 GB of download AND upload speed. It's hooked to a UPS battery to keep it going through Nosara’s small power outages.

We have power-surge protectors in most of the outlets throughout the house to protect your electronics. The ones near the beds and sofa are equipped with USB ports as well, for your convenience.

Private parking with remote control gate.

Security guard every day from 5-9 pm, plus alarm system with remote control, and one safety deposit box in each bedroom.
