Only 5 miles from Mercedes-Benz stadium and several other Atlanta Attractions. Spacious and fully furnished with amenities for you and your family or friends to enjoy, this newly-renovated home has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living room, and a kitchen, making it the perfect stop for your Atlanta visit.

- Two Bathrooms available with mini toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion) & a hair dryer provided.
- The living room includes a Smart TV for streaming!
- In addition to the queen-sized beds in each of the two bedrooms, a pullout couch is provided in the living room for extra guests.

This is one side of a duplex home. Please be respectful of next-door neighbors!
The side yard is shared with one other unit, and has a staircase leading down to it. The backyard is NOT wheelchair accessible!
Other stairs include just 2 steps to enter the home. Otherwise, the home is a 1 story layout.

We will be available via chat and phone. We are local in case of emergency. We will not be at home.

The person booking must be over 25 and staying the entire time.
Violators for Smoking will result in termination without refund. Lost revenue for canceled future stays and replacement cost of rugs and curtains may be charged.

No parties or events, and no drugs or smoking! This includes the use of tobacco, cannabis, and e-cigarettes. Smoking outside is allowed as long as you properly dispose of cigarette butts and are mindful not to let the fumes into the home. (2). Please do NOT flush anything down the toilet except for toilet paper provided.
