Welcome to the former base camp Pinecrest where unforgettable memories are created! This gorgeous brand new construction waterfront retreat has everything to offer for a peaceful getaway, work remotely, relax or enjoy a gathering with friends and family. Only minutes from Naples, restaurants, grocery store and Sebago Lake State Park. Ski at Shawnee Peak(25min) or Sunday River(60 min.), Bridgton(15min) and North Conway(55min). Also only steps away, snowshoeing, mountain biking and ice fishing.
Upon entering the home, you will be greeted with an elegant and spacious mudroom with woodwork throughout the home, a stunning kitchen with plenty of appliances to cook a meal for a gathering. The home has plenty of natural light streaming in through the many windows and sliders that lead out to the deck. During colder months, enjoy radiant heating in the floors while cozying up to our gas fireplace. Our living room is equipped with an oversized smart HDTV with a mini fridge and bar area for entertaining.
The fully equipped kitchen offers a gas range, coffee makers (regular and Keurig), ice maker machine and all the appliances needed to cook and enjoy a meal. We provide clean linens, cozy beds for all guests and also have a pullout couch in the office space for additional sleeping arrangement with doors for privacy.
The property is directly on Brandy Pond with your own sandy beach. We do share part of the beach with our neighbors, but there is a private section all to yourself. Outdoor Firepit by the water. Plenty of paths for biking, running, and outdoor enjoyments. A truly great escape and enjoyment on Long Lake.
Cozy beds, bedding and linens. Very high end finishes and fixtures in the stand up tiled showers. Outdoor shower for summer time.
Good Neighbor Policy- MAX ADULTS - 12 EXTREMELY IMPORTANT -MAX CARS 6- NO EVENTS, EXTRA GUESTS, LOUD NOISE, OVER PARKING- NO FIREWORKS. Regulating short term rentals is a concern for the town and It's important to respect the rules of the community as well as the requests of the neighbors. Property exterior is monitored with surveillance cameras & certain stays may require an additional security deposit.
PETS REQUIRE APPROVAL - Pet Policy needs to be agreed upon and there will be a pet fee added to the reservation once confirmed.
Due to limited cleaners in our area, we do require guests to perform check out procedures such as stripping used beds, running the dishwasher and bringing trash out the bins outside ( in the secured wooded shed at the front of the house)
CHECK OUT is 11am/ CHECK IN is 4pm
Since we are in a highly season destination, have many different groups and sizes, and use pricing software to help price our stays, we may need to adjust our rates and require minimum stays prior to booking as we do prefer 3 nights stays for peak periods and booking in advance. please check with us prior to booking to confirm rates and availability.

We may have to charge a $25 fee to coordinate with the cleaner and maintenance companies to adjust their schedule. We often have same day check in and out, so if you would like to secure an early check in or late check out in advance, it will require us to block and adjust the rate for an additional night.
Guests must use all items at their own risk and agree by booking this property to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents or injuries that may occur. Guests should research how to properly operate all items before use.
