Sleeping arrangements
This single-level condo sleeps up to 7 guests across 3 bedrooms and 4 beds, with 3 bathrooms to keep morning routines running smoothly. Cotton linens, room-darkening shades, and closet storage in each room bring a calm, organized feel to the space - so you can unpack, settle in, and let the trip begin.
Living space
Central air conditioning makes the interior a cool, welcoming retreat after time spent in the sun. Wifi and a TV are on hand for those slower moments - a rainy afternoon, a late-night film, or staying connected while you're away. A private entrance and self check-in give you full flexibility from the moment you arrive, backed by building staff available around the clock.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a refrigerator, microwave, electric stove, stainless steel oven, drip coffee maker, and blender - everything you need to move at your own pace, from a quiet breakfast to a relaxed dinner in. Free parking garage on premises, an elevator with accessible dimensions, and long term stays allowed make this an easy base whether you're visiting for a long weekend or an extended stay. A carbon monoxide alarm and fire extinguisher are in place for peace of mind throughout your visit.
Neighborhood
Nuevo Vallarta runs along a wide stretch of Pacific coastline where the beaches are accessible, the pace is unhurried, and the water is never far. Spend your days following the shore, watching the light change over the bay, or simply letting the days unfold as they will - there's no wrong way to use this setting.
Guest Access:
According to the general condominium regulations, only reservations of a minimum of 5 nights are accepted.
However, for us it is important that you can still find us as an option in the platform filters, even if your interest is for a shorter stay.
In case you would like to complement your booking to reach the 5-night minimum, we will be glad to offer you the best rate in order to comply with the condominium requirements.
Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.
It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.
-Please note that once you have initiated your reservation, according to the condominium regulations, no modifications to the access letters will be allowed. Therefore, we ask you to consider all guests from the beginning.
-Check In is done from the lobby of the condominium.
Before your arrival we will send you your letter of access, rules and necessary information for your stay.
-Check In: 3:00 p.m.
The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).
-Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.
Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm.
-The easiest access is by car; parking is free and you can park in the assigned space that corresponds to your apartment.
-Parking is under availability in general space, there are no numbered spaces for the apartments, only 1 space will be assigned per accommodation.
-The apartment is located on floor no._6_ of phase no._1_, so guests access it by elevator.

We recommend renting a car or you can use the Uber platform to get around the area and visit restaurants, stores and other attractions in the area. For a more personalized attention we can recommend transportation services as well as places to visit.
There parking has no fee and you can use the assigned space for your apartment.
This apartment has only one parking space.
Please notice that is not allowed for any visitors and/or friends to park in the complex.
