Sleeping arrangements

Four bedrooms and 5 beds provide flexibility for groups of up to 9 guests. Please note that the maximum capacity includes adults, children, and babies, in accordance with condominium rules.

The kitchen is equipped for preparing meals at home, with everything you need to cook and dine comfortably. Enjoy breakfast before heading to the beach or share dinner around the table after a full day by the water. Wine glasses and a coffee maker make it easy to settle into vacation mode.



Outdoor living & resort amenities

Beach access invites you to spend your days along the shore, while the shared outdoor pool - available all year, heated, infinity - offers another way to cool off between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM. The property also features a private backyard - fully fenced, outdoor dining area, and bikes for exploring the surroundings. Guests may enjoy resort access to nearby facilities, along with an elevator for convenient access throughout the building.



Family-friendly features

Traveling with little ones is made easier with a paid crib, Pack ’n play/Travel crib, high chair, baby bath, changing table, and board games. Children can enjoy the indoor children’s playroom or the outdoor playground, and babysitter recommendations are available if you plan an evening out.

Hot water, bathroom essentials, a TV, mosquito net, carbon monoxide alarm, luggage dropoff allowed, and long term stays allowed round out the experience, creating a comfortable base for your time on the coast.

Here are some points to take into account:



1) The apartment has a guest capacity.

The maximum capacity of the unit integrates adults, children and babies, since according to the rules of the condominium all count equally.

The platform as such does not charge for babies under 2 years old, nor does it count them in the total capacity, so we ask that you personally take this into account to avoid misunderstandings when you arrive at the condominium.



2) It is important to point out that the maximum capacity is _9_ people, being guest number _9_ a minor under 15 years old.



3) The final cost may vary depending on the number of nights, number of guests and date of reservation.



Guest Access:

According to the general condominium regulations, only reservations of a minimum of 5 nights are accepted.

However, for us it is important that you can still find us as an option in the platform filters, even if your interest is for a shorter stay.

In case you would like to complement your booking to reach the 5-night minimum, we will be glad to offer you the best rate in order to comply with the condominium requirements.



Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



-Please note that once you have initiated your reservation, according to the condominium regulations, no modifications to the access letters will be allowed. Therefore, we ask you to consider all guests from the beginning.





-Check In is done from the lobby of the condominium.

Before your arrival we will send you your letter of access, rules and necessary information for your stay.



-Check In: 3:00 p.m.

The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).



-Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm.



-The easiest access is by car; parking is free and you can park in the assigned space that corresponds to your apartment.



-Parking is under availability in general space, there are no numbered spaces for the apartments, only 1 space will be assigned per accommodation.



-The apartment is located on floor no._4_ of phase no._1_, so guests access it by elevator.

Getting Around:

We recommend renting a car or you can use the Uber platform to get around the area and visit restaurants, stores and other attractions in the area. For a more personalized attention we can recommend transportation services as well as places to visit.



There parking has no fee and you can use the assigned space for your apartment.

This apartment has only one parking space.

Please notice that is not allowed for any visitors and/or friends to park in the complex.
