Experience the best Oceanfront Luxury Condo in Nuevo Vallarta and enjoy yourself on the spacious balcony on the 3th floor.

Immediately upon entering the 3th floor condo, located at the palm trees level, you are greeted by the breath taking panoramic view of the bright blue Banderas Bay. This unobtrusive view of the ocean allows for seasonal viewing of whale watching and dolphins playing. A large front terrace overlooking the ocean, provide the perfect vantage point from sunrise to sunset.

The clean sandy beach is ideal for long walks, catching waves on boogie boards, or wading far out as it gently slopes into the ocean -- no holes, rocks, or other hazards. Or enjoy taking a dip in the infinity pool or nap under a palapa.

New in 2015, this confortable unit is beautifully furnished including 2 satellite TV 50 inch, Blue Ray CD/DVD player,.
SKY HD TV is provided for your watch enjoyment and besides the Condo has installed an antenna cable signal from the SHAW system that maybe you are using there in Canada or USA.
With this connection to the SHAW antenna you can only bring your receiver and channel control so that when you connect it, you can see here all the SHAW TV channels that you usually see at your Canada or USA Home.

This apartment features brand new furnishings, and top of the line appliances including full front load washer and dryer. The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances including fridge, dishwasher, microwave, stove, exhaust fan, and every utensil you would need to ensure a comfortable stay.. Additionally the kitchen is stocked with spices and condiments. The front terrace has a gas Weber BBQ Grill, dining for 6, and outdoor furnishings for lounging. There are many extras included that you would not normally find in a rental unit.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, and ensuite with a large rain head shower and free standing Jacuzzi tub. The 2nd Bedroom: Bunk beds (1 double + 1 single). with its own bathroom. Each bedroom has quality linens including over sized bath and beach towels,. The windows all have black out shades.
The condo is located within a 5 minute drive to shopping, golf (3 courses) beach activities and groceries.
The facility has a state of the art 4000sq foot fitness facilites with steam and saunas. Private SPA services are also available onsite. The Gym: exceeds the specifications of the top hotels Gran Turismo
Infinity pool in the 180 mts long beachfront allows enough space and relaxation pleasure

Amazing vacation

Ver comfortable accommodations in the best beach front complex. Great ocean views, fabulous balcony with a grill for family dinners and beautiful pool for me to do my laps and visiting grandchild to swim every day. The best family vacation ever.

Incredible Christmas Stay!

We were beyond impressed with this unit! It had everything you needed, the sleeping arrangements were perfect for our family of 4. The property itself was also beautiful! So clean, endless amenities and the restaurant on site was delicious. Everyone who works there is beyond friendly and helpful.

Fabulous property and condo

Our family of six had a wonderful stay! The property including the pool and grounds was amazing! Everything was as pictured and in well kept condition. The condo is well equipped and has an amazing view. The hosts were very accommodating and easy to contact. We have stayed in this area before and love it. It is quiet and away from the action of Puerto Vallarta if that is what you are looking for. Short taxi ride to many restaurants. We definitely hope to return!

Excellent surroundings for a relaxing experience!

The condo unit was very clean, and well equipped! The beds were comfortable. The views from the living room, masterbedroom, and balcony were amazing. The staff were very helpful with giving directions, and the few small inquiries we had. The poolside eatery came in very handy for the days that we just wanted to spend by the pool and beach, and the food was very good for a good price. The pool was great, clean, and easily accommodated swimming laps, or hanging out in the warmer section in the evening. The complex is located in good proximity to Puerto Vallarta and to Bucerias. The Mega store near Bucerias is amazing for grocery shopping, and it is just a short taxi ride. The massage therapists at the spa are great. Too bad English was a struggle for the therapist, as it made it a little more difficult to explain what you needed. For just a little more cost than on the beach, the therapist I had was professionally trained. The only thing I would suggest that could use a little more attention is the furnishings in the living room and the bar stools and a little bit more of pictures hanging, etc. . For such a beautiful place, these pieces of furniture did not quite measure up. Overall, though, an excellent condo complex, and unit. I would definitely refer others to it, and already have, and I would definitely come and stay again. Thank You. Debrah

La propiedad está muy bien ubicada dentro del edificio, José Arreola el propeietario siempre estuvo disponible y muy atento a cualquer duda o asistencia a nuestra estancia. buen mantenimiento y limpia, muy cerca de la piscina y a unos pasos del estacionamiento, la vista muy buena, el aire acondicionado muy silencioso y eficiente, las televisiones y el mobiliario en excelente estado así como cocina y toallas y regaderas bien abastecidas, utilicé el gimnasio con equipamiento de muy alta calidad y nuevo, la alberca bien climatizada y tratada y una playa espectacular a unos metros de la entrada al departamento. El servicio de comida bueno y precios razonables, en resumendisfrutamos mucho y si volveríamos a rentar sin duda.

Looks can be deceiving

Was a little worried about what to expect when booking this place. There were no instructions about checking in or what to expect for the facility. Had to ask a lot of questions of host that are usually readily available upon booking confirmation. Once we arrived we did not know how to get into the apartment. We figured it out no thanks to the host who got back to us hours after our arrival. There were no instructions once we got into the apartment in terms of how to run any of the electronics, stove, oven or dishwasher. There were no instructions on how to leave the apartment when leaving either. Once again as the renter we had to reach out to figure out how the owner wanted us to leave the place. When we arrived back home we were then hit with a $150 USD charge for a mirror that was broken. I noticed it when we arrived but figured the owner knew about it. I find it odd that as tenants we reached out to the owner when we broke a boogie board, if we had broken a mirror why wouldn’t we have reached out. And the fact that the item that was broken was no where near the $150 mark is a little disappointing after getting home. The property was able lovely and very welcoming for a family - but the little things really add up and we’re a lot for us as renters to try and figure out while on vacations.

Great Patio and Beach

The condo location and view is spectacular. The balcony is spacious with good seating for dining and relaxation. The beach is one of the best for swimming. The air conditioner worked very well and kept the condo cool at night. The following would be some suggestions for improvements, the patio barbecue did not work which was our primary plan for cooking. We addressed this the host and maintenance did respond with no resolve and the host did not follow up with options. Beach Cafe does serve good snack foods at reasonable prices and the staff are very friendly Overall we would recommend this listing and would return again. Steve & Darlene Haggett

Nice Condo, Beautiful Pool & Great Service

We really enjoyed our stay at the Penninsula- Jose’ was great to deal with, We never really used the kitchen but it seemed well equipped for 4 people. The 2nd bedroom has bunk beds with a double on the bottom and single on the top so good for one adult or 2 kids but to small for an adult. We were surprised to find pool side service & 2 shaded areas where you could have lunch or an early supper (closes at 7:00) we had sunset dinner one evening and it was delicious. Service by Avi & Hector was great. We look forward to booking with Jose’ again if he will have us and have already recommended the unit to friends.

I am very satisfied with the stay of Janish, Ron and Sandra because they are very nice, educated, adaptable people with whom I maintained very good communication before and during their stay and who were very careful with the property, leaving it impeccable upon departure. I hope now that for your next vacation period you no longer have to divide your time between another property and ours and that with every opportunity you make your reservation on time for a longer period as they told me they were very satisfied with their stay in this property because of so much pool, Beach and restaurant were just a few steps from our Department. Lo que más nos gustó fue que todas las áreas parecían sobradas, no había mucha gente.

Disfrutamos mucho su espaciosa alberca, y la playa amplia con bajo oleaje, el departamento que rentamos está muy bien amueblado y con servicio de limpieza 2 veces por semana, con asador en el balcón, que tambien disfrutamos. Lo único es que aunque fumigan todos los días, hay muchos mosquitos, y si no hay mucha gente en el mar, se pueden ver pequeñas rayas nadando en grupos de 4 y 5, y otros peces.

4.5 Star The beach, the pool and the grounds were amazing

We loved our stay in this beautiful condo. It was located on tree level, and had a fabulous view of the pool and the bay. The balcony had very comfortable furniture for both sitting and relaxing, and also for dining for six. There are large sliding doors in the living area and also the master bedroom which made the entire condo airy and comfortable both during the daytime and also for sleeping. The owner was very accommodating and was available to answer all our questions in a timely manner. I would highly recommend this condo for anyone who is looking for a quiet, relaxing holiday. You can fall asleep listening to only the waves gently breaking on the shore. Taxis are not expensive for when you want to go out to dinner, and you can also catch the bus right across the street if you prefer. You can walk along the beach for miles. It only takes 1-1.5 hours to walk to Bucerias.
