Listen to the ocean waves from one of the largest covered patios in the Delcanto resort overlooking Banderas Bay from the 9th floor of the brand new building closest to the beach. Top quality patio furnishings include a love seat and two chairs with coffee tables, and a solid marble round table that could seat 8. Enjoy the morning sun, afternoon and evening shade, and breathtaking sunsets from the South facing unit. Watch fireworks from neighboring resorts.

The master suite boasts a king bed and Sealy Posturepedic Beautyrest mattress for a wonderful night sleep. Beautifully furnished including a 42' TV and Apple TV unit for watching movies or your favorite TV show using your iTunes account. Ensuite includes double sinks with private shower joining to a large walk in closet that is equipped with a safe for your precious belongings.

The second bedroom also has a king bed with a Sealy Posturepedic Beautyrest mattress. This Mexican themed room also overlooks the Beautiful Banderas Bay and beach with rolling mountains in the distance. Behind the credenza doors is a 42' Panasonic TV with Apply TV.

The third bedroom has a queen bed with a pillow top Serta mattress.

Relax in on one of two full size recliner leather couches watching your 55' LCD Samsung TV enhanced with a Bose Lifestyle II surround sound system or have bundles of fun playing the XBox Kinect controller-less video game console. Shaw satelite is provided as well as Apple TV for your viewing enjoyment.

Wireless high speed internet is available exclusive to your rental.

The kitchen is fully equipped with place settings for 8 and all cooking tools (Pots, pans, utensils, bowls, serving plates, blender, toaster, coffee maker...). The unit has its own ultraviolet water filtration system servicing both the sink and fridge so you don't have to lug jugs of water from the grocery store and you can enjoy fresh ice for those Margaritas.

Top of the line appliances including full size front load washer and dryer.

Fantastic Vacation!

We spent two weeks in this condo and it was amazing! The resort is very clean and staff very friendly. Location is excellent. The condo was great and looked better than the photos! I would definitely recommend this property and hope to return again.

Couples Getaway

We had a fantastic time - the property was excellent. Staff were helpful and amenities were top notch. We did find that the location was a little far from restaurants and bars but cabs and Ubers were readily available. However the up-side was that it was a quiet and relaxing place to be and no fighting for chairs at the pool or beach - lots of room! The food and bar service at the pool/beach was fantastic. Short term renters must wear a bracelet which was a bit annoying but that was our only minor issue. The condo was well stocked with kitchen tools and other needs. We would highly recommend for a quiet, relaxing getaway. Phenomenal views from the deck too!

El departamento es muy bueno y cómodo El complejo es excelente La persona a cargo del departamento y el dueño fueron muy poco amables y abusivos Desde que llegué mencioné que no se podía ver la tv y que no hab luz en el closet Tardaron 3 días ( en una estancia de 7) de arreglar estos temas. De todas formas hay que usar el streaming de uno ya que no hay servicio de cable. Al final lego de entregar el departamento nos hicieron un cargo por limpieza extra de 200 CAD sin avisarnos El serv de limpieza no cuesta más de 25 dólares pero carga una cifra exhorbitante Si uno paga casi 400 dólares por noche se debe cargar una cuota de limpieza adicional? Nosotros tuvimos de nuestro bolsillo la misma persona de limpieza 2 días y costo en total 70 dólares El dueño respondió mal a un pedido por el televisor Por suerte en el complejo hay muchas opc para alquilar con mejor atención y si problemas Este es el 5 departamento que alquilamos en este complejo y jamás tuve problemas Recomendacion: no lo rente La gente actúa con mala fe

Great location and beautiful property right on the ocean. Delcanto staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Several top rated restaurants within walking distance of the property and short cab ride to local towns. This property is never crowded and is very clean.

Fantastic Condo Right on the Beach

We really enjoyed our month at this resort. Great pools and beach and always lots of loungers available. Gardens well tended and grounds spotless. The beach bar at the resort is a plus for a quick drink or snack. The condo itself is clean and we have never been to a VRBO condo that has such a well stocked kitchen. The balcony affords a beautiful view of the beach. John and Carmen (on site rep) were very responsive and fixed any issues quickly.

view from our unit is breath taking unit itself was well appointed clean with the most comfortable beds the unit had all the utensils pots and pans dishes you need and more it had a great sound system and a spacious deck. the grounds are very nice the staff gave us the best service. the fact we will rebook says it all ,

Beautiful Complex. Nice Unit

Delcanto is an amazing property. The complex is very well maintained. The staff are absolutely wonderful, especially the pool bar/restaurant staff. It is right on the beach halfway between Bucerias and the harbour at Nuevo. Bucerias has great restaurants and sand on the beach towards Nuevo makes for an incredible walk. The grounds on the property are amazing. The unit is nice and functionally equipped. If you stay a full week or longer you will likely need to make a grocery store run for toilet paper, dish soap, shower soap, laundry soap and so on. While the unit is very nice, some wear and tear is starting to show. Loose toilet paper holders, peeling frosting on shower door, ice maker in fridge door no longer works, linens at the end of life. All small things, nothing serious.

Excellent Beach Front Condo

We stayed in this gorgeous Condo for 4 weeks last year. The condo is perfectly designed and equipped for your every comfort. DelCanto itself – very friendly staff- relaxing atmosphere - spectacular - neat & tidy. Thanks to the owner for letting us stay again. Looking forward to our next 6 week stay.

Fabulous Condo at DelCanto

What a spectacular setting! The Delcanto facility is the perfect combination of amenities and serenity. It is really a five-star resort that is made up of private condos rather than end-to-end hotel rooms. This particular condo is situated on the 9th floor and therefore had a picture perfect view of the Pacific Ocean and the sunrise/sunsets that go with that view. It was the perfect place to spend our happy hours and gatherings with family and friends. Even more impressive was the furnishing of this unit. The owners have finished this space like most of us would like to set up our own homes…high-end across the board. Everything was very comfortable and we felt like we were at home. Absolutely nothing missing in the unit. The staff within the Delcanto resort speak perfect English and Spanish and were willing to help with anything and everything that we asked. Nothing better than being able to count on experts that know the facility and the surrounding area. We were really impressed with the unit and will be going back in the near future. Thanks for the opportunity of staying in your place for the month of February. It was awesome!

Luxury Condo at the Best Resort Complex in Nuevo Vallarta

We spent 4 days in this beautiful condo and enjoyed every moment! The condo is new, modern, well-equipped and very spacious. There was plenty of room for all 6 people in our group of beach-goers. We had one minor problem getting the stove to light, but maintenance came quickly and solved the problem in less than 5 minutes. The Delcanto complex is gorgeous and absolutely immaculate. As we settled in by the pool on our first afternoon there, a very friendly security guard told us that we could help release baby sea turtles from the sanctuary on the beach right in front of the complex. So, at 6:30 that evening we helped send 138 baby turtles off into the sea. Incredible! If you want a relaxing, luxury beach vacation in Nuevo Vallarta, you should definitely stay here!

Super nice place

Place is a beautiful condo with a great view of the installations + beach. Dana, the administrator, treated us like if we were VIPs. The place is fully equipped for our needs and we had a wonderful time there. We will certainly be back in the near future.

We stayed at the condo for January and February of 2014. The unit is the nicest we have rented in the five years we have been coming to Nuevoe Vallarta area. The condo is luxurious and decorated with wonderful taste and equipped with everything needed for a long stay. The view from the unit is spectacular,looking at a panorama of beach, ocean and mountains, we never tired of looking at it. DelCanto is a beautiful resort, and the staff are all very friendly and help full. Access to the surrounding Nuevo area for resteraunts and shopping is easy by bus or taxi. It is wonderful place for a Holiday.

This is a brand new unit, spotlessly clean, high end appliances and furniture and the view is magnificient. The owners are very helpful and inform you of the amenities. We did not need to use the A/C but rather enjoyed a pleasant breeze. It is nice to be able to leave the windows open.We have stayed in this area before, but this was the finest accomadation! The beach is uncrowded and one can walk a long way in either direction.I would highly recommend this unit or others in the same complex. There is underground secured parking and the elevators are efficient and quiet. The swim up bar and snack bar serve good food at reasonable prices. There are two pools, The infinity pool is beautiful and also uncrowded. Enjoy!

We chose Delcanto as we have high standards and we wanted a 5 star retreat to eventually retire at. This was one of the only developments in the area we found with top quality building materials and 5 star amenities. We love the proximity to great restaurants, shopping and some of the best excursions we have experienced in our travels. The beach is second to none on the Pacific coast with gentle waves and long shallow water front the kids can play and boogie board in. You can walk for hours in both direction to nearby towns to get your exercise and enjoy great food on the way!
