Although the pictures show this home so well, they really donā€™t do it justice. The home is so beautiful and perfect for a getaway. Very clean property, perfect area in Rockport where you are around everything. Views are amazing of the water. We definitely will be adding this property as our top place to rent ok our next visit.

This house has everything you could want or need for a weekend or week long stay. Everything was clean. Washer and dryer were available and the downstairs gathering area was ON POINT. 10/10 would recommend.

Close to town/shopping. Fenced yard great for dogs. Outdoor seating, kitchen and BBQ a big plus! Great kitchen. Everythin was clean an well taken care of. Only downside was no comfy chair for my husband who has a bad back. Even left me a pink tea rose for my birthday. Thank you9!

Long weekend get away.

The house was perfect for us! It was in a great location, excellent for walks down by the water and easy to get downtown for coffee and shopping. The decor was adorable and very inviting. Linens were comfortable and house was very clean. The porches were so inviting and we often chose to just hang out at the house rather than going out. Ralph was very responsive and accommodating. We will definitely be back! Highly recommend!

Beach vacation

I have to say this is hands down the best airbnb house we have ever got! Starting off they were kind enough to let us check in very early which we greatly appreciated. The communication with the owner was great. Very easy to contact and responds very quick! The house is gorgeous. We absolutely loved the downstairs we were down there most of the time. The rooms were great. Shower was huge and bathroom was very nice. The house was in perfect condition and very clean! This is such a perfect place to stay for a good vacation at the beach!!! Couldn't recommend it more!

This property is absolutely amazing!! Our stay was for two weeks and wish we could have stayed longer. The house is super comfortable and well equipped with all you need. The property is fenced and perfect if you are traveling with dogs as I did. Thereā€™s a patio on every floor perfect for quiet afternoons, sunsets and sunrises. If you like to fish, you will enjoy your stay as it is walking distance from the pier. The house also has a fish cleaning station on the lower level. Communication with the owner is excellent. I requested a few cleaning supplies due to the two week stay and they were promptly dropped off. The neighborhood is very quiet and the Nextdoor neighbor is very friendly. Hope to stay here again soon.

Absolutely Gem! You have a beautiful lower level that is great to sit and relax, watch a show , play some corn hole even have a meal. Plenty of seating options on the lower level. The next level is really nice. You have many selections of seating to just relax or have dinner.Beds are so comfortable. The restroom is really nice with good quality towels for u to use along with toiletries. Has a washer and dryer which is help if u want to do a load of clothes. The kitchen is absolutely gorgeous with updated appliances. The upper level is so nice to sit with a cup of coffee to watch the sunrise. Upper level has many options for seating as well. Your very close to downtown rockport and Rockport beach. . The picture on the website are exactly what you will see and more ! We will be back again!

Relaxing!

This was the first time we stayed at this property. When going to Rockport, we like to try several VRBOs so that we can have a few regulars when we need a getaway. When we arrived at the home, my husband and I were blown away by the amazing outdoor space. The home was the perfect size for the 2 of us and our service animal. They had all the comforts of home. Plenty of Kcups for coffee and the most relaxing upper deck to enjoy the sun rise. The bed was comfy and the shower was amazing! The owners took a lot of thought in the house. The outdoor space had a huge industrial type fridge that kept everything ice cold. Lots of BBQ equipment and what looked like stuff you could use to fry up some fresh caught fish. Very close to the water where you could throw a like in as well. We enjoyed our stay and have no complaints. We would love to rent again.

Cool house, Great Location, Perfect for Pets.

Walking distance to downtown Rockport, so lots of stuff to do nearby. Very cool house, tons of patios and outdoor space to hang out at. Fully fenced in ground floor and yard so perfect for pets (75 pet fee), just be aware the living area is on the second floor so your pet will have to go up and down a flight of wooden stairs. Property was very clean with plenty of towels and blankets. Cozy interior and comfortable beds. Great kitchen with lots of new appliances, pots, pans, blender, Keurig, and other kitchen supplies. There is no dishwasher so you will have to hand wash your dishes. We cooked almost all of our meals here and it was a great experience. Large outdoor area on the bottom floor with plenty of space to hangout. Fish cleaning station, large outdoor fridge, and Weber charcoal grill were very handy. Lighting at night on the outside bottom floor isn't the brightest, so recommend using it during the daytime. Overall a great house with a lot of amenities. Just staying at this house is a vacation in itself, no need to even leave the property. Would gladly return.

The property was perfect. Hubby and I stayed 2 and a half weeks and would love to have tripled that. Close to shopping, washer and dryer in the house, all like new appliances, super clean, etc. Fenced yard was great for our pup and the view from our sun deck was amazing. The house and yard was beautiful and we can't wait to plan our next stay. Thank you Ralph ( and others...) for making our 1st winter Texan experience 100% positive.
