- This home allows 1 dog under 10 lbs for a fee; undisclosed pets brought without AvantStay’s approval may result in a $500 fine.
- Pool heat is $125/night + tax, available upon request with at least 24-hour notice. Minimum 3 consecutive nights; must be booked for the entire stay.
- Spa heat is complimentary year-round.
- A Pack 'n Play and high chair are available for guest use upon request.
- Per the City of Palm Springs all reservations must complete a Virtual Check-In and sign a Vacation Rental Rules Acknowledgment form prior to arrival. AvantStay will reach out to coordinate these things after you've completed your booking.
- The alarm system is for owner and management use only. Guests should not use, adjust, or tamper with the system.

Parking Details:
- Attached garage with space for 2 vehicles, plus additional driveway and street parking available. Garage features an automatic door opener for easy access.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for everyone, please follow the City of Palm Springs vacation rental regulations.

- Quiet Hours: 10 PM–10 AM. Please keep outdoor conversations and activities at a low volume to avoid disturbing neighbors.
- Noise & Music: Outdoor music, speakers, TVs, and amplified sound are strictly prohibited at all times. Indoor music must not be audible outside the property.
- Pool Use: Keep noise and pool activities at a reasonable level. Excessive shouting or disturbances are prohibited.
- Minimum Age: The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and provide a valid government-issued ID.
- Pets: Dogs must be leashed when outside the property. Please clean up after pets and prevent excessive barking.
- Trash & Recycling: Keep trash in designated containers and out of public view. Follow scheduled collection guidelines.
- Guest Responsibility: The primary renter is responsible for ensuring all guests comply with local regulations.
- Important: Violations may result in fines starting at $500, citations, or immediate eviction.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit.
