The Sterling Shores Association is completing a weatherproofing project on the exterior of the building. Substantial completion of the project, including full unit and balcony access, is scheduled for the end of February 2026. Contractors will still be present onsite to complete remaining items; however, guests should experience minimal impact and no significant noise. The project is expected to be fully completed no later than the first week of April 2026, weather dependent.
