Before and after I would do a less than 7 but cannot overlap a Saturday meaning it must be within a Saturday to Saturday week. Inquire with me if questions.

In 2025 Sterling Shores went through a multi million dollar renovation. Re surfaced and repainted the entire building, including all of the balconies and walkways. And resurfaced the large lagoon pool. The complex looks brand new. Will finish up by January 2026

Corner unit. 2200 square feet of space.
Renovation is 100% complete and has a 5 star custom 4 x 10 ft shower with rain head.
Perfect for 2 or even 3 families or 3 couples since the 3rd bedroom has a queen bed.

Huge Balcony with full size table and unbelievable views of Beach and Henderson Park Dunes to the East.

We just purchased this condo in December 2022 and have done a major renovation. Constantly making improvements to update.
We have painted the entire unit light gray and have all new Samsung Stainless Steel appliances. Have new dining table, chairs and light.
New 65" Flat Screen ROKU TV in Living Room. New furniture and decorations throughout. Granite Countertops in kitchen and all 3 bathrooms. A 5 star custom shower in the oceanfront master with rain head is complete. The shower will be handicap accessible with the use of supplied owner ramp.

Sterling shores is handicap accessible and has ramp to the beach. Both pools have handicap pool lifts.

Enjoy amazing views from this eight floor corner unit. 2200 Square feet. Will sleep 12 comfortably. 10 adults and 2 in the children bunkbeds.

LIVING AREA - The open living area includes 2 full size couches and a new 65" flat-screen ROKU TV with cable. Slide open the glass doors to the HUGE balcony and enjoy the fresh coastal breeze. Dining table on the balcony seats 6 . Also access the balcony off the oceanfront master.
Balcony also will be handicap accessible by use of owner supplied ramps.

KITCHEN & DINING - The well-equipped kitchen has brand new Samsung stainless steel appliances. New Granite countertops.
Gather for meals at the dining table for six, or sit at the bar. Balcony has dining table to accommodate 6 people.

BEDS/BATHS - This condo will sleep up to 12 guests between 3 bedrooms. 3 full baths.

OCEANFRONT MASTER - Sleep soundly in the oceanfront master bedroom, which provides a king bed, 43" flat-screen TV with cable and Roku and direct access to the balcony. Children's Twin over twin bunkbeds. The en-suite bathroom offers a 5 star brand new custom handicap accessible 4 x 10 ft shower with rain head.
Will be handicap accessible by use of an owner supplied ramp.

SECOND MASTER WITH SEPARATE BALCONY - A second bedroom includes a king bed, 43" flat-screen TV with cable and Roku, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower and jacuzzi tub. This master also offers a fridge and microwave and has it's own Balcony with an awesome view. New Granite Counters.

THIRD BEDROOM WITH BUNKS. - A third bedroom has a twin over QUEEN bunkbed and another twin over twin bunkbed with a trundle. Sleeps 6.
​Also has a flat-screen TV with cable and Roku.
​This bedroom accesses the 3rd bathroom which has a tub/shower combo.

Complimentary wifi, private washer and dryer and parking available for 3 vehicles in the unassigned parking lot.
Sterling Shores has 300 ft. private beach, 2 pools (one lagoon style pool and one beachside heated pool), Theatre Room, Fitness Center, 9 acres of lush landscaping & outdoor grills. It's a gated community just off Highway 98. This prime location offers quick access to great restaurants and a wide variety of favorite local attractions.

Parking notes: Sterling Shores does not require parking passes. Parking is open and no specific spaces are assigned to each unit. The HOA does not allow any trailers, campers, scooters, golf carts, boats, or anything else of that nature to park on the property.

Great spot

Great location being just across the street from the beach. The condo was very clean and accurately described by the property owner. Highly recommend.

Wonderful experience! Beautiful, very roomy condo. There was 10 of us and there was a lot of room. Kitchen had everything you needed and more. George the owner was so pleasant and always available for questions. Look forward to our family vacation next year.

Location and views

Great location within steps of the private beach, pools and the Back Porch restaurant. Corner condo with huge balcony and ocean views. We were able to have coffee and see some dolphins swimming two of the mornings. I would book again in the future and highly recommend!

Spring Break Get Away

We can't say enough good things about the property, location, and host. The views were amazing! The condo was perfect. We had four adults and four kids ranging from 15-8 and it fit all of us with plenty of room to spread out and move around. The location was so close to everything in Destin. We will definitely be back!

Late April get away

This property was great. It was clean and well taken care of. The condo had everything that we needed for cooking. The views were beautiful. This property was easily located to stores and restaurants. We liked the amenities of this property, pools, beach, and weight room. The views from this condo were awesome, we enjoyed sitting out on the covered balcony. We will stay again.

Fabulous place to stay

This was a very clean and well laid out condo. From the moment we booked we had clear and precise communication. We got there with no problems and the place was spectacular. Well laid out, beautiful decor and spectacular views of the ocean and beach. It is close to everything that we needed for the family as well, stores restaurants in walking distance and lots of fun activities all around. George was a great host and made our time there very special. Thanks again and we will be booking this again soon.

BEST VIEWS, LOCATION, & OWNER!

This space was perfect for me and my family! It is centrally located to food and activities for the entire family! We walked through the pool and down to the sands of the Gulf! Private sands, if I might add! George, the owner, was a pleasure to work with and responded quickly to any questions or concerns! P.S. There were none, be he covered all the bases! Will definitely be booking again! This unit can easily hold an entire family reunion if need be!

Plenty of space and can sleep 12. 10 adults and there is a childrens bunk in the Master that is 54" long. It was fully renovated in 2023 and is beautiful. We are always updating the condo to keep it fresh and like new. Custom huge shower and very spacious
