Home away from home in Orange Beach! Relax and unwind while staying right on the beach in Orange Beach. This gorgeous 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo is on the 14th floor and can sleep up to 8 guests. Enjoy the spacious living area with a queen sleeper and tile flooring. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for all of your meal prep needs! Additional guest room with 2 queen beds. With a breathtaking view from the balcony and only steps from the beach, Phoenix Orange Beach II is a hit for all groups!

As you venture outside, Phoenix Orange Beach has a lazy river, a zero entry pool, a corkscrew waterslide, splash pad, heated indoor pool and hot tub. BBQ grills are conveniently located near the pool and a conference room and a remarkable fitness center is close by. Exercise while enjoying lovely beach views as well. No trip is complete without a walk down the beach or enjoying your beach chair while dipping your toes in the Gulf of Mexico. Come make memories of a lifetime and vacation in luxury!

*There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.*

**Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they is a one time fee of $55 per vehicle. Any 2 bedroom unit you rent at Phoenix Orange Beach II guarantees you can purchase up to TWO parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay. Please note we do not expect an extra pass availability during the summer season.**

Everything was great and easy access to the beach and amenities. Areas for improvement would be additional blankets available for the beds listed. There was only a sheet and a thin blanket, no comforter on two of the beds. The pillows are super thin, and had two super thick pillows in the closet. We doubled up and made it work with a quick trip to Walmart

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location or the condo was amazing. Great views of the beach and a short drive to most everything. The linens were clean although aged and the towels were worn and ripped however everything else was great. The ICE machine in the condo was a great addition. We brought our own paper goods and beach towels and chairs. Would definitely stay here in this condo again. The hallways carried sound all too well. We were lucky to have parents who kept their kids in check while walking from the elevator to the room and vice versa. We had to do the same with our kids.

We had an amazing stay! The condo was clean, comfortable, and well stocked with most kitchen essentials, and the washer and dryer were a great bonus. The amenities were fantastic — we loved the lazy river, indoor pool, hot tub, and the easy beach access. Check-in and check-out were simple and not intrusive at all. Love, love, love this place and we will definitely be back!

We came here with our two teens for a Christmas vacation. We arrived the day after Xmas and stayed the week. The weather did get cold but with the view and indoor swimming it was still a great beach vacation! Beds super comfortable and everything was very nice.

Wonderful stay and weather! Beds are very comfortable. Everything was clean and the condo was beautifully decorated like the pics. The Phoenix property well taken care of and clean. Thanks for a great stay!!

We had an amazing stay and will definitely return! The condo was beautiful, very clean, spacious, and had everything our family needed. The kitchen was well stocked, the amenities were great, and the views were absolutely beautiful. We had plenty of room and never felt crowded or on top of each other.We did have one small issue when the breaker for the hot water heater tripped. I reached out to John Michael, and he responded promptly and had someone there within the hour. It was a simple fix, but I really appreciated that he made it a priority. The serviceman who came out was also wonderful—very kind, polite, personable, and made me feel completely comfortable having him in the condo.My only suggestion would be to have slightly heavier or nicer comforters in the bedrooms, or perhaps have some available in the closets. The sheets were great, but the blankets were fairly thin, and a couple of my daughters got cold at night.Other than that small suggestion, we truly can’t say enough good things about our stay. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, the views were beautiful, and our family thoroughly enjoyed our time there. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Overall, this was a great condo, in a great building. The amenities (pool, lazy river, slide) are all phenomenal. Which is great, since it was double red flags for our entire trip. My only real complaint is about the ice maker in the living room. It runs a drain cycle that is very loud for roughly a minute every hour or so. I also looked in it and saw mold on the slide where the ice drops from the tray.If you've never stayed in Orange Beach before, just know this section is very high traffic, so you will need to plan a few extra minutes to get in and out of the parking deck (great parking deck!).

Well stocked kitchen, so you could cook if you wished. Jets in the jacuzzi tub didn’t work, which was disappointing. Place was tidy, but floors and windows could have been cleaner. We had to pull pillows from the living room furniture for the king bed which only had 2 very flat pillows.

This is a beautifully remodeled condo facing direct south toward the gulf. You’re on the14th floor directly above the lazy river. You can still hear the laughter below which we enjoyed! The sunsets were hard to see from the balcony, but visible between 2 high rises to the west. The host responded very quickly when we arrived to the sound of smoke detector chirping. Indoor heated pool is huge! Lazy River was fun but the water is cold. We still enjoyed it but posting so you’re aware!We recommend you bring bed pillows if you can!Loved having an extra bathroom. Would book this place again!

Reviewer Comments: The condo was exactly as pictured and was very neat and clean when we arrived, which we really appreciated.That said, there are a few areas that could use improvement. The mattress in the master bedroom needs to be replaced, as it was not very comfortable. The bed pillows also need updating — we ended up purchasing four during our trip. The sheets were not great quality and could definitely be upgraded. Additionally, the couch and chairs would benefit from a thorough cleaning.

The condo unit was so lovely! The decor is very warm, cozy beach vibe! Felt like home. The view from the balcony is breathtaking, and the variety of patio furniture was fantastic. I requested some extra pillows upon our arrival since there were just two on the king bed, and I messaged the host and he had them delivered the very next morning! Awesome response time and very friendly! First time staying in Phoenix Orange Beach II! Property was beautiful and well maintained. The lazy river, water slide, and zero entry outdoor pool were very loved by our kiddos! The indoor pool was very nice too for the rainy days as well. The only “negative” about the property was the security guards asking to see our wristbands quite a bit. While we understand that they want to ensure only OB2 guests are there, it got a bit overwhelming and slightly annoying having them ask to see our bands every-time we were trying to enjoy the pool areas. Overall, a very pleasant stay and a gorgeous unit! Can’t go wrong!

The pans definitely need a upgrade they were nearly impossible to cook on and make sure you bring plenty of backup toiletries and dish soap if you plan on using any dishes. There was very little communication with anyone besides an email when it was time to check in. Very little things to do before checkout.

The unit was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed, including a well-stocked kitchen and plenty of space for everyone to relax. The beach wasn’t overcrowded, which made it feel even more special. Check-in was simple, and the host was responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We’ve stayed in a few places along the coast, and this one definitely stood out. We’re already talking about coming back!

From the moment we walked in, we were impressed with how clean, comfortable, and well-maintained the unit was. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, which made it easy to cook meals when we didn’t feel like going out. Both bedrooms were spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. we all slept great.The best part was the view. The balcony overlooked the Gulf, and we spent every morning with coffee watching the waves and every evening enjoying the sunset. The beach access was quick and easy, just steps away from the building, which made it simple to come and go with kids and beach gear.The building itself was quiet, well kept, and felt safe. Parking was easy, and check-in instructions were clear and hassle free. We had no issues during our stay, and communication with the host was fast and helpful when we had questions before arrival.Overall, this was one of the smoothest and most enjoyable beach trips we’ve had. We wouldn’t hesitate to book this condo again the next time we’re in Orange Beach.
