Our second floor 1BR condo at HHIBT Resort (Ocean Villa A-225) is very close to the beach/pool. Our condo is ocean front across the front of the A building (no parking lot view). Marsh and Atlantic Ocean view!
Keyless Keypad door entry.
We will be providing an extra layer of sanitation and disinfection for our arriving guests. Extra disinfection will be used on items such as doorknobs, faucets, switches, remote control, etc... Towels & bedding are washed in HOT water between stays.
If you need more space, we also own the condo next door- A224.

From the very beginning, Lorri was very responsive to my questions. The condo had a beautiful view, clean room, comfy bed and very nice bathroom/shower. It met our expectation's and beyond.

This was our third time at the property and it was amazing once again! Looking forward to returning in the spring! Absolutely book this place if you're looking for a quiet, well appointed place to stay while you're in Hilton Head!!!

The best hosts that respond quickly to any questions or concerns. Condo is always clean with a very well stocked kitchen and bathroom. Highly recommended as this is our go to stay every year.

Excellent Oceanfront Condo!
Condo is well stocked, comfortable and very welcoming. We had a wonderful long weekend stay and enjoyed our visit. Will be making another stay here very soon!!
