-Sheets, blankets, towels, washcloths, and pillows are included. Washer and dryer with Oxy clean laundry detergent available.
- There is a pac-N-Play and high chair.
-There are blankets and towels SPECIFICALLY for your pets in the living room closet. Food/water bowls and tennis balls are available as well. The fee for excessive pet cleaning $350. Guest is responsible for any pet damages.
-There is no cable or internet, but lots of DVD's and games.
-There are steps going to the loft, the backyard, and to the lake.
-There is a spiral staircase to the loft. If needed, you can use outdoor steps to access loft (great for dogs and if you have large bags).
-Canoe, kayak, waterslide, and dock are use at your own risk. There are a several orange life vests. Guest is responsible for any damages or injuries caused by self, guests, and or pets.
Guest access:
Dock is shared. The right side is unavailable. Both sheds are unavailable.
-Use 5th street public boat access to launch boat
Other things to note:
-There is dining and inside seating for 4 comfortably.

-Check out is 10am the day of departure. There will be a fee of $100 per hour after 10am.
-By booking this home, you are agreeing that this home is stay at your own risk and guests do not hold host responsible for any injury or damages. Guest is responsible for self, other guests, and pets and any injuries and or damages caused by self, other guests, and/or pets. Guest is also responsible for any excess in cleaning fees which is $350.
