Phoenix East II - Beach Front Balcony **2 Bedroom!**

This two bedroom and two bathroom vacation getaway has it all from fine furnishings, stunning views, proximity to fine shops and restaurants, and lovely artwork. Comfortable seating in the living area offers lots of room to chat, and for your entertainment there is a flat screen television, a DVD player, and a stereo system. Your kitchen has all the items you need to prepare and cook meals, and the two stools at the breakfast counter are complemented by the four stools at a dining table. Eating outdoors is easy because a wrought iron table and four chairs are ready for you on the tiled balcony. This is the best spot to check out the boats on the water. When you are ready to call it a day, your master bedroom suite has a king-size bed, a flat screen television, access to the balcony, and a bathroom with a sink, extended vanity counter with a chair, and a combined bathtub and shower. The guest bedroom has two full-size beds, a flat screen television, a DVD player, a batch of flamingoes on a wall, and a bathroom with bright red walls that provides a sink, vanity counter, and a tub-shower combination.

On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.
