Outside on this ample double sided balcony are two adjustable lounge chairs, and a teak-colored square dining table with 4 matching chairs. With the ocean breezes and stunning views this is outdoor dining at it's best. The master bedroom with it's private balcony and view of the back bay, has a new upgraded king bed with designer linens, shams, pillows. The newly remodeled bath has a vanity granite counter top, custom maple cabinets and a large tiled walk in shower with a seat and headless glass doors. The king guest bedroom with an "up-to-date" monochromatic color palette of soft tangerine and white provides a beach-side feel perfect for relaxation. Periwinkle blue, and white colors with sailboat accessories dominate an interesting third bedroom. The 2 new queen beds are topped with designer turquoise coverlets, shams and pillows. A wall mounted flat screen TV can be viewed from both beds. The newly remodeled hall bath has a walk-in tiled shower with seat, granite vanity top covering a maple cabinet. On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.
