There are 5 gorgeous bedrooms throughout this home, each with their own smart TV! There are 2 bedrooms on the top floor. The master bedroom has a king bed and private ensuite bathroom. Down the hall, the second bedroom also has a king bed.

On the bottom floor, the third bedroom has one king bed, while the fourth bedroom has one full bed. The fifth bedroom is the one you've been waiting for - two custom built-in, full-over-full bunk bed + a SLIDE! Super unique and fun, the kids will never want to leave! This bedroom is also jam-packed with air hockey & arcade games.

This home has 3 full bathrooms, all three with a sink, toilet, and shower/tub combo. The first bathroom is a private ensuite to the upstairs master bedroom. The second bathroom is accessible right off the hallway on the top floor. The third bathroom is also a private ensuite bathroom to the downstairs bedroom with two full beds.

The kitchen is located right off of the main living area, and is loaded with all new stainless steel appliances & a coffee station (including a Keurig & coffee pods).

We are pet-friendly! Pet fee is $50 per pet, per night, max of 4 pets.

Pool Pass: You would need the Pool Card AND pay $6 per guest, per day. The pool card confirms that you are a welcome guest, however, it does not make the pool free.

This property includes security features, such as Schlage smart locks and Ring floodlight cameras, for your safety and peace of mind.

Smoking: Smoking or vaping of any kind is strictly prohibited inside the home or on the property. A violation of this policy will result in a minimum $250 fine to cover deep cleaning and odor removal.

MASSANUTTEN VILLAGE COMMUNITY RULES
This home is in a private residential neighborhood and is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA), governed by its rules and regulations. There are rental homes in all MPOA neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including families with children, retirees, second-home owners and other guests enjoying their retreat.
1. NOISE
- Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM.
- Keep noise indoors during these hours.
- No excessive noise at any time, as judged by MPOA or its assigned agents.
2. PARKING
- Keep all tires off the road.
- Don’t block fire hydrants or park in front of another property without written approval from your host.
- Park only in designated areas or overflow lot (4007 Peak Dr., Massanutten, VA 22840)
- No buses, campers, or RVs to be parked at homes or on roads. Overflow lot is available with written approval from your host.
3. OUTDOOR FIRES
- High wildfire risk area!
- No open fires.
- No unattended fires.
- No firepit use during quiet hours (10:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
- Firepits and grills may be restricted during local emergency conditions, check MassanuttenVillage . com or electronic sign at entrance for updates.
4. ALCOHOL
- No open containers on roads or in common areas.
5. PETS
- Leash always required when outside.
- Clean up after your pets.
6. TRASH
- Do not place garbage/trash outside, including screened-in porches, decks or carports. Trash attracts wildlife, which could endanger you and damage the property.
