Under new ownership and recently remodeled, this bright and beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bathroom vacation rental is located on the 7th floor of the Islands Winds West. This condo has a breathtaking gulf front view.

·         Living area has a sofa queen sleeper, a flat screen television, DVD player, and stereo system

·         Kitchen comes fully equipped with all major appliances

·         Table seating for three in the dining area and two at the kitchen bar

·         Beach view from the master bedroom on the Gulf that features a king bed

·         Combination shower and tub in the master bathroom

·         Balcony featuring gulf front view has seating for four

*Please unload luggage cart outside of the condo. No luggage carts allowed in the condo
On-site paid parking is available and managed by the property's HOA. Parking passes can be purchased upon arrival and are valid for the duration of your stay. Please be sure to display the pass clearly on your driver's side dashboard at all times while on the property.

*Rates are set by the HOA and are subject to change without prior notice.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, and similar vehicles are not permitted on the property.

Property is as described. All amenities needed. Able to make all meals. Beach access and views were incredible. They have a beach umbrella and a few chairs in the room as well which was a bonus!

Gulf Shores - - Fantastic!

This condo was perfect for my stay! The condo is just beautiful. So comfortable and with all the bells and whistles to make it feel like "home". Access to the beach is just a few steps away, and because I wanted to enjoy the ocean and its view, this place was perfect. I could have coffee in the morning out on the patio with an awesome view of the ocean, or a quick elevator ride and was out standing in the sand, ocean front! The condo's location is wonderful. Just a quick walk down the street to restaurants, groceries and shopping! Easy off and on to the major highways, and just a hop and a skip down to Flora-Bama. What a fun place that is!!!! All in all, this place is just the best!

Islands Winds West

We enjoyed the location with a great view. During our stay, we did experience some inconveniences. One of the elevators was broken, lost power in the condo for several hours and on our last day, there was no water.

Cleanliness

The property was not clean. Piles of sand piled up behind the bathroom doors. Other parts of the unit was also sandy. Unit is a lot smaller than it appears on the website, extremely narrow and 7ft ceilings in the bathrooms.

Annoying, incessant rumbling noise (?)

Counters, bathrooms clean but hair dryer missing. Comfy bed. Soiled sofa and area rug. Tile floor turned our feet black so I immediately mopped. Excellent location tho.

VERY NOISY

Ok property. No one cared about masks in elevator - took stairs most of the time. Extremely loud noises throughout the night from 8th floor - sounded like machinery - constant clanging noise made it difficult to sleep. Bed super uncomfortable and we left a day early because of sleep - or lack thereof.

Not clean and communication with management horrible

Pictures make the condo look spotless. This is not true, when we arrived there were crumbs on living room table and under it. Sand was still all over the floor. Laundry area disgusting, like it had not been clean for a long time. Very noisy place, hard to sleep. Customer service at the place not very good. Also, contacted the rental place and they said the property manager would be in contact but that never happened and I even emailed several times to discuss everything. We still have not heard anything from anyone! I would not recommend. I honestly have never been so upset with a place I stayed. Very upsetting!!

Perfect Location, Condo was lacking.

Condo was in a great location, easy access to beach and restaurants. There were 3 towels per bathroom (6 total, we had 4 adults and 2 children) and no laundry detergent to do more. Bring your own beach towels if you plan to stay here. We also had to buy our own trash bags, paper towels, and dish soap. Part of the "check out" is to load and start the dishwasher before you leave, but there is no dishwasher soap, so we had to go to the store for that too. Outlets by bed in second bedroom didn't work, so we had to unplug lamp in order to charge cell phones, and several of the lightbulbs were out, so we were dimly lit by the one bulb in the ceiling fan that worked. Not at fault of the condo, but I will also mention that there is no bathroom on ground floor, so we were frequently going back up to the room. All in all, not bad for the price. I think simple things like changing lightbulbs, and cleaning stains off couch could make a huge difference.

Beautiful condo!!

Could have used a little more sun...otherwise, if I had to be stuck indoors I couldn't have asked for better accomodations. I did get out and about quite a bit and enjoyed the sites and food. I already checked to see if this unit was available a week later (hoping for better weather) next year, but no luck. :-(. At least there wasn't any spring breakers disturbing the peace and quiet. I REALLY liked that. I gave it 4 stars just for the weather. Thanks again for great service and stay. Dott Wallace

Great Beach Vacation

This was the perfect vacation spot. The condo is really nice and obviously updated. It also has a great view. Location is perfect. You can walk to The Hangout and lots of restaurants and gift shops. We had a wonderful time here. I would highly recommend this unit
