If you're looking for a beautiful, modern vacation destination, set among Ponderosa Pine trees with every upgrade wanted including an outdoor lounge, complete with an eating area and hot tub, you have found the perfect place! Our home is an ideal destination for Northern Arizona travel. With hiking trails on our door step, Kachina Village is a rustic setting less than ten minutes from Flagstaff. Relax and unwind in our luxury home, with excellent modern amenities inside and out.

Enjoy the open floorplan of the kitchen, breakfast bar at the kitchen island, dining area, and living room, perfect for family gatherings.
The ample porch can be found in the back, complete with 2 fire pits, lounge area, hot tub, and gas grill.
The downstairs is complete with a half bath and laundry room for guest use.
Upstairs is the master bedroom suite with an adjoining bathroom with a stand-up shower and walk-in closet.
The other 2 bedrooms are across from the master bedroom. The full shower/ tub combo bathroom is in between the bedrooms.

There are not many fences in this neighborhood in order to maintain the natural setting. Please stay only in this property's yard, especially during the snow season. Guests will have access to the entire home including front, and back porches, and the backyard.

The host will not be on-site, but is available from 8am-5pm for non-emergencies and 24 hours for emergencies. If the cleaning does not meet your standards on your day of arrival, contact us prior to 5:30pm. My team and I manage several homes in the area. We are always happy to help with any issues during your stay. Please feel free to reach out to us and we will do our best to help make your stay as enjoyable as we can.

Red Field Retreat is in the cool pines of Kachina Village is a rural area with no street lights. This makes it easy to enjoy the amazing night sky. It has an A+ rating due to low crime with Area Vibes. Lots of friendly folk can be seen walking their dogs on the many trails nearby. People here love the outdoors and enjoy how the neighborhood was designed to maximize forest enjoyment. Your neighbors are very kind and enjoy meeting new people. But, they will keep to themselves and maintain your privacy.

Enjoy all the wildlife from either the front, or back deck, or on the Pumhouse Wash Trail/Rock Out Cropping/Pond nearby.

Kachina Village is a rural "suburb" located off I-17, just 6 miles south of downtown Flagstaff. A short drive takes you to great restaurants, pubs, shopping, and evening entertainment.

This home also serves as the perfect central location for many outdoor activities….skiing, snowboarding, and sledding in the winter; hiking, golf, bicycling and much more in the summer. With our central location, you have easy access to the Grand Canyon, the spiritual red rocks of Sedona, Oak Creek Canyon, Meteor Crater, Bearizona, Flagstaff Extreme, Polar Express and the North Pole Experience. Whether you are looking to explore the area’s many attractions, or simply spend a quiet weekend with no intentions of even leaving the cabin, you are sure to enjoy your stay.

This is a car-access home, out of the city with no public bus service.

Roads are paved and the driveway for this home has 3 parking spaces (comfortably). Street parking right in front of the home is not easily accessible. The county plows these roads in the winter, but they can be difficult to navigate without all/4-wheel drive in heavy snows.

Close to the small Flagstaff Pulliam airport and around the corner from Fort Tuthill County Park.

Guests are required to remove their own snow during their snow.

This home has central A/C and heat. On cool summer days you can easily turn off the A/C and enjoy the natural airflow to keep the home comfortable. There are ceiling fans in each bedroom. Additionally many locals will open the windows at night and close them early in the morning to keep the cooler air in the house.

Check-in Policy: We follow a strict policy for quality control purposes of taking video and/or photos of the home just prior to your arrival and can provide these to you upon request.

We take cleanliness and sanitation seriously. Please contact us by 5:30pm on the day of your arrival if we need to send our cleaning staff to address any cleaning concerns you have. We are available 24 hours for any emergencies.

This home is situated in the Coconino National Forest. We treat the home monthly for unwanted pests. If you leave food out or doors open we cannot guarantee that pests will remain outside the home. During the rainy season, you may see spiders enter the home, despite regular extermination. No refunds are provided for the presence of spiders, mice, or other pests.
