Welcome to Lake Street Loft—the ultimate basecamp in downtown Boyne City. Located 10 minutes from Boyne Mountain slopes and one block from Lake Charlevoix, this high-end 4BR loft offers a premium "walk-to-everything" experience.
Whether you’re here to hit the ski runs, explore downtown, or use the private 45' boat slip in summer, you are perfectly positioned. After a day of adventure, retreat to a chef’s kitchen and a massive private deck with lake views.
We’re just a message or phone call away before and during your stay. While we don’t live onsite, we’re always happy to offer local tips, answer questions, or assist with anything you need to feel at home.
Lake Street Loft sits in the heart of downtown Boyne City, directly above a charming local storefront. You are steps away from Lake Charlevoix, the public beach, and the seasonal farmers market. Whether you are grabbing an espresso or catching a sunset at the marina, everything you need is right outside your door.
The entrance to the loft is conveniently located to the left of the store front. Guests will find an orange door marked specifically for the Loft's access. You'll receive a unique door code via message 1 day before check-in to access the loft easily and securely.
This sprawling 4-bedroom loft is designed for large groups who want style without sacrificing proximity.

Guest Rooms: Two Queen bedrooms, providing comfortable space for up to 8 adults total.
Bathrooms: 2.5 bathrooms, ensuring your group can get ready for the day without the wait.
Outdoor & Amenities:
The Deck: A massive, private outdoor terrace. In winter, it’s a serene spot for morning coffee; in summer, it’s the best sunset-viewing seat in the city.
The Slip: Rare downtown 45' private boat slip included—park your boat and walk home in 2 minutes.
Skiers Welcome: Plenty of space for gear storage and only a short, scenic drive to Boyne Mountain Resort.
Dining Perk: Guests receive 30% off at the restaurant next door—details provided after booking.
Access: The loft is located on the second floor above a retail storefront; access is via stairs only (no elevator).
Parking: Includes 2 dedicated parking spaces located west of the building. Any space in the lot is available, but the two spaces marked are dedicated to our guests
House Rules: No pets and no smoking allowed.
