Thank you for your feedback and for your kind words about our communication and early check-in. I'm sorry to hear that some aspects of your stay did not meet your expectations. I did want to clarify a couple of points for future guests. All of our sheets, towels, blankets, and linens are washed before every stay. We use fragrance-free detergent because some guests are sensitive to scented products, so the bedding may not have the strong laundry scent that some travelers are accustomed to. We also provide bath towels for all registered guests, along with extra towels and pool towels in the closet. As a vacation rental, we do not enter the condo during a guest's stay to replace used towels every day ,both to respect guest privacy and to support the island's water conservation efforts. Regarding the pool, it is maintained and cleaned daily by a dedicated resort team each morning. If guests ever notice a cleanliness issue or inappropriate behavior in the pool area, we encourage them to contact the front desk, as there is onsite security officer available who can respond as quickly as possible.
