Guests have exclusive access to the entire main unit of Villa La Brisa, offering a private and luxurious island retreat. The villa’s drive-up driveway leads directly to the entrance on the first floor, ensuring seamless arrival and departure.

DURING YOUR STAY, YOU WILL ENJOY:
- The entire main villa, including the beautifully appointed living areas, kitchen, and dining spaces.
- Two king en suite bedrooms on the main floor for ultimate comfort and privacy.
- Two additional bedrooms on the second floor, featuring a queen bed and two full-size beds, along with a shared full bathroom.
- Outdoor pool and patio areas, perfect for lounging, dining, and soaking in the panoramic island views.
- Private driveway and entrance, providing direct access to the villa.

Please note, there is a separate apartment on the bottom floor of the villa with its own private entrance and driveway. There are no shared doors or walls, ensuring complete privacy for your stay.

Checkout Policy: Kindly be advised that check-out time is strictly set at 10:00 AM to ensure the seamless transition for our esteemed guests. Any unplanned or unauthorized check-out after this time will incur a $500 fee.

~ Energy Conservation - Please turn off AC when not present in unit.
~ Water Conservation - Please be mindful of water usage. Avoid long showers. Our water comes from rain catchment and is stored in cistern below the house. Its a precious resource on the island. Please be conservative with the water, especially when showering and washing dishes. It’s truly appreciated.
~ Tidiness - Please use provided trash bins within the unit. ~ ~ ~ Extra trash bags are provided.
~ Noise Ordinance - Please keep loud music and other disturbances to a minimum between 10p-8am.
~ No unregistered guests.
~ Guests will be assessed a 'present-value' replacement fee for replacement of any damaged items.
