No more excuses, because this home offers an affordable option to renting your own home with private pool at an incredible location just above Pelican Beach. The location is on the East End of St. Thomas, just minutes from the quaint town of Red Hook and the ferry to St. John. Views towards St. John and the British Virgin Islands are amazing.

Sea Sound Villa is within a private gate shared with only two other homes, on the knoll of a hill over beautiful Pelican Beach and adjacent to numerous other white sand beaches. Yes, you can walk to the water. You are also close enough by vehicle to choose a different beach every day, as this is a great location with easy access to everything you need.

Enter from the private drive to an inviting covered porch and pool, offering complete privacy. The pool is quite large in island standards (not just a small dipping pool), and is also handicap accessible. It offers a great mix of sun and shade along with wonderful views. From here, you can enter the home to a door into the kitchen, or around the house at the huge covered veranda that offers the views dreams are made of. The upstairs has two bedrooms and two bathrooms to accompany the outdoor living space (as that is how we prefer to live here in the Virgin Islands). The great room also has a pull out couch for extra guests.

The third bedroom is accessed via a separate outside entrance and has its own full kitchen and bathroom- a complete separate apartment. There is an additional pull out couch downstairs, so the apartment can sleep four. With this kind of setup, you could even vacation with the in-laws!!

The home is complete with Air conditioning not only in the bedrooms, but also in the great room. But with the Easterly breezes blowing, you likely won't need it. This is such a refreshing location just above the water, you will want the doors wide open while you relax on the porch soaking in the views and Caribbean wind therapy.

Since we do this for a living, our goal is to give you the perfect vacation retreat. The owner is also on island and stays very involved with the home- keeping it up to the highest of standards.

It is also where you catch the ferry to St. John. Very nearby beaches are Sapphire Beach and Lindquist Beach, as well as Pelican Beach. It is not a far drive to Coki Beach and Coral World (about three minutes). Mahogany Run Golf Course and Magen's Bay are about a ten minute drive. But you are right in the midst of the nicest beaches St. Thomas has to offer, yet also close to nightlife and St. John.
