Lovely 6 bedroom villa with panoramic views and big pool

This lovely, recent house is very well located, within walking distance to the charming village of Tourrettes sur Loup. It’s located just above the mountains called ‘elephant backs’ by the locals with an amazing view of the green forest below and further away the sea.

The villa itself has 5 bedrooms, two bathrooms, two toilets and another small shower, on two levels. There is a fully equipped modern kitchen with direct access to inside dining area as well as a covered terrace with a dining table. The kitchen is an opn plan kitchen and is located in prolongation of the living area.
In the guest annexe there is one bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a separate toilet and another shower to use when by the pool. The washing machine and tumble dryer as well as an extra refrigerator and freezer is also installed in the annexe.

On the terrace there is also a lounge area with comfortable furniture and a nice big parasol.

The pool is nice and big. It is equipped with a heating pump, which can keep the water at 28° from April to end October when closing the cover when not in use.
There are 6 sunbeds by the pool.

The house and outside area is modern and all tastefully decorated in light colours which gives a nice feeling of space and cleanliness. Perfect for relaxing holidays.

Please note that rentals are for at least 7 days. During July and August, only from Saturday to Saturday.

Please note that bed linen and towels can be provided at an extra cost of 25 euros per person. One pack include bed linen, one pool towel, one bath towel, one hand towel and one face cloth. When ordering linen, the beds will be made before your arrival.

A cleaning/check-in fee of 200 euros is to be paid on arrival, together with the linen fee (the linen fee, if you order linen & towels). Please confirm that you have seen these fees.
