DETAILS: Break away from the everyday hustle and bustle at Sea Glass, a 3-level Dune Allen Beach home tucked south of Highway 30A in a quiet neighborhood with minimal traffic. Sleeping up to 10 guests, this pet-friendly haven boasts 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, Gulf views, and an unbeatable location—2 beach access points less than a 5-minute stroll away!

This elegant ocean blue beach home’s first level features a spacious and shady front porch, perfect for a peaceful morning yoga routine.

Take the in-home elevator or stairs to the second level, where an inviting lounge space with an L-shaped sofa, 2 armchairs, and a TV invites guests to relax. Enjoy an ice-cold beverage on the furnished deck while surrounded by lush, natural vegetation. Retire for the night to the primary bedroom with a king bed and private bathroom or either of 2 guest bedrooms—the first bedroom has a queen bed, and the second has 2 twin beds. For convenience, there’s a queen sleeper sofa in the common area and a laundry room.

The third level opens into a grand great room with statement light fixtures, vaulted ceilings, and polished hardwood floors. Soft seating flanks a 60†Smart TV in the living area—unwind with a favorite movie and a bowl of buttery popcorn! The fully equipped kitchen is steps away and offers high-end appliances plus an island with a 2-seat breakfast bar for pre-dinner cocktails. There’s an 8-seat dining table by the sliding glass doors, or dine alfresco at the picnic table. Take in the Gulf views from the cushioned woven chairs, or curl up in the porch swing and enjoy the secluded, treehouse-style vibes. This level hosts a primary bedroom with a king bed and a private bathroom.

Find rest and relaxation at Sea Glass in Dune Allen. Getting around is easy, with parking for 5 vehicles and 4 complimentary adult bikes. Guests have full access to the beautiful beaches in front of the Beach Highlands community. Nice place but ….

Overall a good weekend but: The beds were either too hard or sagged in the middle. The porch/deck really needs a fan as the overhanging roof traps the hot air. Two of the bikes were unserviceable. The abnormally high front steps were very difficult for some. No chairs in most bedrooms.

Really incredible location

This place is really laid out nicely and worked amazingly for our 5 kids. Right next to the beach access so it could t have worked any better.

Near to beach house

I gave 3 stars cause of wear and tear on the property.The house was walking distance to the beach and it had a golf cart and bikes. It has two masters with king beds and 3full bath and a half bath. I would say it needs refreshing. Couches were stained and worn down, appliances need to be properly cleaned and/or replaced. You can tell this is a frequently used rental property.

Great house, just a few minor details need to be addressed.

Great house. Love the location. Very private feeling with the trees. It feels like a tree house on the top deck. Fully equipped kitchen. The house next door is an eyesore, with a bunch of hill Billy garbage lying around outside. A short walk to the beach. The golf kart that came with the place was a nice touch. The private beach does not allow vendor beach chair rentals (the nice wooden ones). Definitely not a deal breaker, but the house description should mention this. We flew in and rented a vehicle, so we could not bring our own equipment. Due to this, the house should have better beach chairs, and it did not have an umbrella. I had to rent from 360 blue. I paid 72 dollars for two backpack chairs and a run of the mill umbrella for one day of use that I had to set up. It was dropped off at 6pm one day, had one day of use, and we left the next day. An egregious amount of money considering I could have purchased new and donated when leaving. The house does not have beach towels either. Since we flew, this presented a problem, because we did not have our own. Again, a minor investment, that would go a long way to renters flying in. Since this is a multifamily use house, there was not enough tp, soap, trash bags, paper towels. These are all minor details I would address and have addressed with my own rental properties and property management companies. With all this said, the house is pretty great, and I would definitely rent again. Should the house go on the market, I would consider purchasing (keep me in the loop).

Excellent house and location

The house exceeded expectations. It was spacious and well-built, and the beach was just a short walk down a quiet road. The location was convenient to the rest of 30A while also being close to Highway 98. Getting to San Destin was easy. I would stay again.

The house was great. Must say pulling into the drive and glancing over at the house next door was concerning. The entire carport of their home was trashed with debit and even a bathtub. Due to this we never entertained cooking out. You could also see this from the upstairs porch which was another eyesore. The walk to the beach was easy even with babies and toddlers. But renting a golf cart would be advisable. The min problem we had was the renting of chairs. We were not told that the beach access was down the road and would have to get in the car and load up, to use rented chairs. If you use the short access to the beach you had to walk a half mile to Use the chairs. We were charged $360.00 from 360 Blue for this and never used the chairs. It was a very unpleasant and un called for event that really put a damper on our first day. They still refused to give us our money back for the unused chairs so we had to call the bank and refuse the charges. Do not recommend using 360 BLUE😤

Plenty of room

We had a great time at Sea Glass. Plenty of room to get away and do your own thing thanks to the 2 living areas and the huge balconies on the 2nd and 3rd floors. The kitchen and dining room were spacious with lots of seating at the dining room table. In a quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the beach. We took full advantage of the bikes on the property to make a quick trip back and forth to the beach and house when necessary. The elevator was invaluable! We used it constantly to transport suitcases, beach supplies (coolers and chairs), groceries, and tired kids. When we arrived there was an issue with one of the bathroom doors not closing but the maintenance tech came out on Sunday to temporarily fix it until the parts arrived. I was satisfied with that. About mid week the 3rd floor A/C stopped working but a technician arrived the same day and got things running again, to our relief! I rated 4 stars on cleanliness because some of the rugs were rather dirty and dingy and an upstairs lounge chair with white upholstery was dirty with what looked to be Cheetos. We had to remove the cover and wash it immediately. Would also be nice to provide a broom and dustpan to allow the guests to sweep up sand etc - just a suggestion. All in all, I would recommend staying at Sea Glass and I look forward to staying here again next year.

Beautiful house, great location...but the many roaches we encountered put a damper on our vacation. (These are the small kind, not the Palmetto bugs).Management was quick to come out and spray but we continued seeing them throughout our stay.

WOW! We love Sea Glass! The home fits our family comfortably & is decorated beautifully! Close walk to the beach, with bikes, an outdoor shower, screened porch, we love it!!

We loved the house. It was great for our family. There are lots of stairs but elevator worked perfect. Close proximity to the beach - but I highly recommend a golf cart. The screened in porch was really nice but could use a couple ceiling fans. Beach was beautiful and secluded

Beautiful place with great beach access

Overall, this house was near perfect in our rental experience. They don't have any beach chairs, umbrellas or toys to use, which was fine bc we had our own, sometimes it's great to have the extras. The bikes were great to use to get to the beach (and roam) however, a wagon would be an ideal bonus to be included ;) The kitchen came well equipped for cooking but could use more containers for leftovers and also plastic cups/plates for small kids. We couldn't find any sheets for the pullout couch or for the air mattress and had to make due with linens in the house... on us for not contacting mgmt, we just made it work. Just think those items should be included AT the house since they advertise sleeping 10 people which requires one of those options. The view is amazing and having the 2nd floor porch screened it was a huge bonus. The walk to the beach was very easy and simple enough for preschoolers. Looking forward to another visit in the future!

We had a lovely experience. 4 adults and 4 kids ages from 5-10. The house was great! Just a short walk to the beach. We were unfortunate that the beach had a lot of seaweed! But overall it was a great holiday.

The house and location are great. Beware if renting chairs and umbrella from concierge that they may not put them up at the public beach access nearest this property, despite what materials you may receive shows. No refunds are given only credit for other beach equipment offered thru concierge. Still had great time, but want to warn others about the location on beach chairs.

We had a fabulous experience with 360 and with our rental property. The house was very nice, clean and convenient to the beach! We had everything we needed for our week’s stay. We had an issue with our chair rental as the chairs not have our name on the tag and a neighbor swore they were their chairs but 360 sent someone to resolve the issue and we had no other issues during our stay. I was traveling with a broken foot so the lift in the house was appreciated as was the beach wheelchair 360 provided! Thanks for a fantastic vacation!

This our second stay at Seaglass, the house is more beautiful than I remembered. Our family of six, myself, my husband, our daughter, son-in-law and two of our granddaughters. So much space to spread out with everything we needed to cook in if we so desired. Wonderful neighborhood and short walk to the beautiful beach. Can’t beat this location.

Winter break from school. My sister and I always plan short get aways for our kids. This year we opted for the beach and happened upon Dune Allen Sea Glass. What a find! The home was beautiful and more than enough room for our group of six. Two minute walk to the beach. We caught two beautiful sun sets!! The weather for February could not have been more perfect. We were looking for relaxation and no fuss during our four night stay. That’s exactly what we got.

We had a fantastic stay at the house! There were 10 of us (7 adults and 3 children) and there was plenty of room. The elevator was so convenient to carry groceries or luggage up! We all loved the screened porch and the incredible views of the sunset! The walk to the beach is only two minutes away, great restaurants nearby, and short drive to Destin or Seaside! We will be back!

We are a family of 6 people, we had plenty of room to spread. The house location is beyond awesome 3 minutes walk to beach access. We Stayed in this house summer of 2016 ans enjoyed all ammenties. This yeah however was not the same. The house was not as maintained ot clean as it was before. Living room furniture both floor was all spotted and stained. Carpet in the living room was filthy, kitchen equipment were all very old, the outside swings both floors were so badly stained. Furniture was also stained and nasty. To top it off we received a call on the way to Florida that the elevator is out of order, and won't be fixed for couple of days. 360 Blues (Amber)was kind of to send us a maintenance employee to help us with luggage at check in. Elevator was fixed for less then 12 hours and stopped again, We called and reported immediately to (Sarah). Unfortunately this time no one cared from 360 blues. Really disappointed with 360 service and the property this year.
