Very peaceful neighborhood with a lovely view of the golf course. Easy check-in and communication with the owner. The house was extremely clean with plenty of linens for all guests and a wonderfully stocked kitchen including two types of coffee makers, blender, serving dishes and spice drawer. The pool was very refreshing and would have been perfect if it had been heated. We found the path to the beach was an enjoyable walk, but if you’re bringing beach gear you’ll want to drive and park near boardwalk #38. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home.

Family vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was perfect for our children and grandchildren. Amenities were nice. Easy bike ride to beach. We have been visiting Kiawah for 30 years. Still love it. We ordered food from Costco delivered by instacart. Worked great!

Fantastic Rental!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We could not be happier with the house. It was perfect for the 12 of us. 7 teenager (and 20’s) had the upstairs and had a great time. When not out roaming they made use of the pool table, poker table and Golden Tee. The house is beautiful and was immaculate. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room to spread out. It never felt crowded. When we come back we want to stay here. Communication with ESPM was easy and they gave us all the information we needed. I could not recommend a better place to stay in Kiawah.

Everything you need!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a great house with wonderful bedroom and living spaces. Everyone had their own area and we were able to spend so much time comfortably together. The pool is lovely, has sun during the day, and fit all of our little swimmers. Small bike ride to the beach from this quiet area of the island, with a new and wonderful ramp boardwalk at the end. The only small negative was that you do not have access to the garage, but it has a clear front and back entrance so it worked just fine for us. Great vacation home!

Family vacation on Kiawah Island

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family enjoyed vacationing in the house on Whimbrel road. It was easy to bike to the beach and we even saw alligators in the ponds!! The beach was not too crowded which was nice. The screened in porch was wonderful. And the kids loved the pool!! The house had a stand alone ice maker, a huge refrigerator in the kitchen, and a small fridge in mini bar area in the game room which was very handy. Our one suggestion would be to have outdoor lighting by where the cars are parked. For safety and security purposes

Very well kept, clean, quiet, and very much relaxing. We played golf and had a great time. Hated leaving, but looking forward to going back.

The AC worked great. Loved the screened patio and large family room sofa. Location was really good.

Fall Vacay at 584 Whimbrel, Kiawah Island

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home is lovely and was perfect for my family of three adult children and their spouse, girlfriend and one infant. We found the house to be impeccably clean and well appointed. Towels, sheets, beach towels for the pool and kitchen with every small appliance and cooking utensil needed. The location of the home was great. We enjoyed overlooking one of the greens on the golf course, yet we felt the house also offered a great deal of privacy. We celebrated a very special occasion as our son was engaged while we were there and the photos were captured by a local photographer named Krissy Millar out on the beach.( highly recommend her) We also had family photos done while there as well. It rained almost the entire time we were there but the house we so nice, we really didn't mind the weather. The gentlemen played pool and games while the ladies read, cooked and enjoyed time on the screened porch.Our only complaint would be that we paid to have the pool heated and it was not. When we reported it, the management company offered to refund our money. They finally sent someone to look at the problem but not until our last full day there. The problem was resolved but we missed the opportunity to enjoy the pool for the entire vacation. Otherwise, I'd highly recommend the home and would definitely stay here again!
