The Lakeview condo has it all. Amazing Views of Lake Tahoe to the West and Eastern Views of the Carson Valley and the Nevada Desert. You're only 4 miles from the South Lake Tahoe casinos but a world away from the flat and boring lots on the California side. You can ski out and down to the Boulder lift and lodge at Heavenly from the front door. Or the Stagecoach express ski lift is 300 yards away. In the Summer time step out the front door and you're on the world famous Tahoe Rim Trail. No need to drive anyplace. The pool and hot tub are 100 yards from the condo, and you can see it from the window. The famous Fox and Hound bar and grill is 500 yards away as well as the ski rental shop.

• On the Tahoe Rim Trail, no need to drive to the trailhead.

2 queens and a full over full bunk bed with pull out twin trundle. 2 couches(4 recliners), and 1 queen spare blow up mattress. You're the top unit so you'll never hear a peep from the other condo owners.

A wonderful place to stay

This was a perfect place for me I rented for a total of 30 days I was not there the full 30 days I would come in and out as the snow would arrive two bedrooms with the loft upstairs the bathroom I mainly stayed downstairs and was comfortable great location right on ski bus route easy and easy out

Great place to stay in Tahoe

Great location

We had a great stay at this condo. The location is ideal no matter what time of the year you stay there. There is a great view of the lake and there is everything that you need within a couple miles. It's great.

Great Base for visit to Tahoe

Had a great stay in Stateline. Close to everything, hiking trails in the neighborhood and restaurants of every ilk with a short drive. Loved the fireplace and kitchen. Would rent again in the future.

Great location, great hosts!

Recently took a trip with friends to Tahoe for the first time. Location was great, just a few minute drive to the lifts. Comfortable beds, kitchen was well-stocked. Hosts were great at communicating us and even giving us recommendations of places to eat. Would highly recommend this property!

I would highly recommend staying in this condo!

Very well kept, comfortable condo. Our group visited for a ski trip, and the slopeside condo was perfect. John was extremely accommodating, helpful and responsive. I would highly recommend staying here.

Fathers Day getaway

We had a great time at the condo. It was the perfect size for myself, my golden retriever, my two children and their spouses. The view of Lake Tahoe is great. It was a memorable Fathers Day.

Very cozy with great views

We had an amazing experience staying at the property and the views were even better than expected! The kitchen utensils could be a little updated but there was absolutely nothing that we lacked when cooking. We couldn’t be happier spending our Tahoe vacation in a home like John and Kristen’s :)

Great family getaway

We had a great family getaway here - nice location for hiking (& skiing I'm sure!), easy access to restaurants and the lake! We had a family of 5 and small dog and the property was a great size for both being together and having some quiet time. Well stocked too. Quick & easy communication with owner. Thanks John!

Great fall getaway in Tahoe

This was a great Tahoe home and we enjoyed every minute in the condo. There was plenty of room for everyone, and the location and views were just about as good as it gets in Tahoe. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed to cook dinner, the living room comfortable and the beds cozy. We look forward to returning, and the communication with the hosts was top notch.

Amazing

Great property in an amazing location. Wake up, put your gear on, catch the shuttle and 2 minutes later you’re skiing/snowboarding. John goes above and beyond to make sure that you are taken care of and have a great time while you’re there. Would absolutely book and stay here again

Great location and cozy place

This condo in to Stateline is perfect for our family or three couples. We came with my parents, my husband and I and our two kids and we fit perfectly. Location is excellent, a couple of miles from the casino and all stores. It was perfectly well equipped with all that you need to cook. It was very comfortable.

Perfect ski weekend

John was such a great host. He clearly answered all my questions and helped us have a wonderful stay in his beautiful home. The views from the balcony were very gorgeous, the location was right next to a shuttle stop going to heavenly, and the place felt homely. The kitchen had plenty of kitchenware to make homemade meals for me and my skiing crew that made this great trip one we'll be trying to book again!

Great stay!

2nd stay and will be back. Very accommodating owner who allowed us to check in early and check out late. Very responsive when we had problems with internet connectivity. The place is situated just above both Boulder and stagecoach lifts for an easy board/ski to lifts. One detail to keep in mind is that the unit is on the top level of the building so be prepared for the flights of stairs to get to it.

Great location, beautiful views, spacious condo. My only concern would be the stairs for someone who is older or has health issues. Also it would have been nice to know that there was no dishwasher in the apartment.

Amazing Place With an amazing Lake View!

The house was an an awesome choice for us. The house was very clean and had surplus supplies for everything. We are also very appreciative of the owner trusting us as 18 year olds to rent out the house. He is a very kind and reasonable man. The house was in perfect condition. I really have no complaints about the house. It was really nice.

I love this house!

It has more than enough space but still super cozy! Really feels like you are at your friends house, has everything you need and the view!! Parking is super easy and the owner communicated like a dream! Only complaint I didn’t want to leave and wanted more snow! Let it snow let it snow! Great fireplace, internet, and tv! Tons of games and books, owners where so helpful (even got a tip on where to sled!)

Great fireplace & nice deck

Clean & family-friendly. Loved the fireplace & deck. Hosts are nicely communicative. So are the downstairs neighbors when they think you are being too loud... Beds are nice. Stocked kitchen except - no coffee! & bring your own shampoo / bath soap for the bathrooms... Close to Stagecoach chairlift.

Great location! Amazing views!

We had a great week in Tahoe. The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. The fireplace was relaxing at the end of the day especially with a glass of wine. The views of the Lake and mountains from the condo were beautiful, especially with all the snow. The skiing was amazing! It snowed almost everyday. The condo was close to both Stagecoach and Boulder Lifts. We drove to both, but the shuttle stop is right outside the condo. Very convenient to town, just down the mountain. Great restaurants and shopping!

Perfect

All of the 5 star reviews are correct. The condo is just as pictured and described if not better. It has everything you could wish for and was extremely clean. It was perfect for skiing with two lifts being either a very short drive away or a shuttle bus. The view of the lake was beautiful. John was very informative and responded very quickly to any questions. I would recommend this condo to anyone. We now want to come back in the Summer to get a different experience.

One of the most scenic and beautiful places this country has to offer. We immediately fell in love with the location and needed to find a way to live there. Our hope is to share this experience with you.

Whether it be a crisp cool summer night with the mountain breeze on your face while you sit on the porch, or the 2 feet of snow that show up over a winter night while you sit inside with hot chocolate in anticipation of the world class mountains covered in powder...Lake Tahoe has it all, all year round.
