The Lakeview condo has it all. Amazing Views of Lake Tahoe to the West and Eastern Views of the Carson Valley and the Nevada Desert. You're only 4 miles from the South Lake Tahoe casinos but a world away from the flat and boring lots on the California side. You can ski out and down to the Boulder lift and lodge at Heavenly from the front door. Or the Stagecoach express ski lift is 300 yards away. In the Summer time step out the front door and you're on the world famous Tahoe Rim Trail. No need to drive anyplace. The pool and hot tub are 100 yards from the condo, and you can see it from the window. The famous Fox and Hound bar and grill is 500 yards away as well as the ski rental shop.

• On the Tahoe Rim Trail, no need to drive to the trailhead.

2 queens and a full over full bunk bed with pull out twin trundle. 2 couches(4 recliners), and 1 queen spare blow up mattress. You're the top unit so you'll never hear a peep from the other condo owners.

A wonderful place to stay

This was a perfect place for me I rented for a total of 30 days I was not there the full 30 days I would come in and out as the snow would arrive two bedrooms with the loft upstairs the bathroom I mainly stayed downstairs and was comfortable great location right on ski bus route easy and easy out

Great location

We had a great stay at this condo. The location is ideal no matter what time of the year you stay there. There is a great view of the lake and there is everything that you need within a couple miles. It's great.

Quick getaway!

We loved John & Kristin’s condo! Met up with another family and we all agreed it was a perfect place. Great location, plenty of room for our party of 8 (4 adults and 4 kids ages 7-9), beautiful views and easy check-in and out. Would love to stay here again!

Great condo for ski vacation at Heavenly

I stayed at the condo with my wife and 3 teenagers in March of 2021. There are 2 bedrooms and a full bath on the first floor that the kids used, and a nice sized loft with a full bath that the wife and I used. The views from the condo are amazing, the kitchen is well stocked, and the living and dining areas were roomy and comfortable. The kids and I were able to ski down to the Boulder lift by walking down the walkway behind our building, climbing over a pile of snow, and then skiing down through the trees to the lift. My wife preferred the shuttle to the Stagecoach lift which picked her up from the parking lot. We cooked several meals in the kitchen but also ate at the Chart House (fantastic sea food) and the Fox and Hound (very good BBQ and burgers).

Great location, beautiful views, spacious condo. My only concern would be the stairs for someone who is older or has health issues. Also it would have been nice to know that there was no dishwasher in the apartment.

Great spot!

This property had everything we needed for our week of skiing. Shuttle to Stagecoach lift pulled up right outside. We never found the “ski out” way to the Boulder lift, which is the only reason I took off a star for accuracy of listing. Nice views of Lake Tahoe through the trees. Unit was clean and spacious, and host John was responsive to every inquiry, plus gave us an important winter weather and driving warning. We'd definitely book here again.

Great stay!

2nd stay and will be back. Very accommodating owner who allowed us to check in early and check out late. Very responsive when we had problems with internet connectivity. The place is situated just above both Boulder and stagecoach lifts for an easy board/ski to lifts. One detail to keep in mind is that the unit is on the top level of the building so be prepared for the flights of stairs to get to it.

Great fireplace & nice deck

Clean & family-friendly. Loved the fireplace & deck. Hosts are nicely communicative. So are the downstairs neighbors when they think you are being too loud... Beds are nice. Stocked kitchen except - no coffee! & bring your own shampoo / bath soap for the bathrooms... Close to Stagecoach chairlift.

Perfect Tahoe Getaway

My husband and I stayed here for our Tahoe elopement with our parents and Great Dane. The property was great and everything was very easy. Lots of parking and a great location. My one warning: the stairs in this place are not for the faint of heart. There is another set of stairs once inside to take you to the main living room, in addition to the outside stairs to the second story. We are all healthy adults so it was not much of an issue, but I can imagine it would be quite difficult for some. Overall, this was a wonderful place and would stay here again!

First Photo is Misleading

This condo is situated in a large complex near the Nevada ski lifts. The featured photo for the listing is NOT in any way representative of the view. Be sure to look carefully at the other pictures for the obscure peekaboo view of mountains. While clean, the unit feels worn and the carpet is fraying or torn in some places. Cheap linens on the bed and one bed was so soft, we couldn’t sleep on it a second night. On Saturday, the complex was filled with partiers too. We guessed because it was in the cheaper neighborhood with a plethora of vacation rentals. Overall, a decent getaway place but far from luxury.

Sunrise and sunset vista

We enjoyed our family vacation to Lake Tahoe in this cozy condo. We could see the sunrise from the front door and the sunset from the back balcony. There was the Perseids Meteor shower at this time and we took full advantage laying on our backs in the parking lot at midnight to view some spectacular shooting stars. The condo is clean, well stocked and 10 minutes from the casinos. The only limitation we experienced from the pandemic was gambling as the minimum bets in the casino were $15. As a result, we didn't gamble much. But we did water ski, hike and zip line.

Great family getaway

We had a great family getaway here - nice location for hiking (& skiing I'm sure!), easy access to restaurants and the lake! We had a family of 5 and small dog and the property was a great size for both being together and having some quiet time. Well stocked too. Quick & easy communication with owner. Thanks John!

Fathers Day getaway

Great location, great hosts!

Recently took a trip with friends to Tahoe for the first time. Location was great, just a few minute drive to the lifts. Comfortable beds, kitchen was well-stocked. Hosts were great at communicating us and even giving us recommendations of places to eat. Would highly recommend this property!

Perfect ski weekend

John was such a great host. He clearly answered all my questions and helped us have a wonderful stay in his beautiful home. The views from the balcony were very gorgeous, the location was right next to a shuttle stop going to heavenly, and the place felt homely. The kitchen had plenty of kitchenware to make homemade meals for me and my skiing crew that made this great trip one we'll be trying to book again!

Great property in an amazing location. Wake up, put your gear on, catch the shuttle and 2 minutes later you’re skiing/snowboarding. John goes above and beyond to make sure that you are taken care of and have a great time while you’re there. Would absolutely book and stay here again

One of the most scenic and beautiful places this country has to offer. We immediately fell in love with the location and needed to find a way to live there. Our hope is to share this experience with you.
