You will be a few hundred feet to the Ski Lift Shuttle AND the Tahoe Rim Trail, 3 min drive to ski lodge parking lot, 10 min to the nearest casinos, and 12 mins from the beaches on Lake Tahoe! Whether you are a Snow Bunny or a Summer Warrior, this thoughtful Cabin really has it all! Don't spend your vacation finding parking and fighting long lines - we will direct you to the local spots with our top 'On Target' local businesses, views, and experiences.

Fully furnished with Premium Tuft & Needle memory foam mattresses, 5 separate beds, 2 full bathrooms, 2 patios, a gigantic leather couch and table with leaf insert (for game night!), Golden Tee arcade game (an adult child fan fav!), grill, and functioning gas fireplace to make you feel more than at home with all creature comforts! Sunset views from the top of Tina Court and the Tahoe Rim Trail (300 feet away) are priceless. Full Work-From-Home setup with high-speed Internet and desk set up, just for you!

Wake up where you want to be at our Heavenly Cabin :).

● This rental is located in a residential neighborhood. Loud parties and disruptive behavior are not tolerated. This neighborhood is monitored by a 24/7 call service.
● Quiet hours are 9 pm - 8 am. (Douglas County Ordinance)
● Two (2) car maximum allowed.* Renters will be issued a parking permit which they must
display onthe driver’s side dashboard of their vehicle. Failure to park in the designated parking spaces and/ordisplay the parking permit may result in a citation and fine of $500 to the owner of the vehicle.
● Fireworks, wood fire pits, and charcoal BBQs are strictly prohibited.
● During inclement winter weather either 4WD and snow tires, or 2WD and chains are
required toaccess this Unit. All guests must move all vehicles within 24 hours of a snow
storm.
● All dogs must be on a leash at all times and owners must pick up feces immediately and
dispose of them in an appropriate trash container or dumpster.

Amazing Property

Great Tahoe cabin

We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have been more comfortable. The cabin was spacious and well-equipped. Great location! Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Home

For our first experience in a cabin it was very beautiful. The views were amazing and everything was super close by. I recommend renting here. We would definitely come back again.

Great place

Super clean and convenient cabin 5 min from Boulder lift at Heavenly. We even walked to the lift one of the days when the parking lot was full, and it was only 15 min. Easy communication with the owner. Highly recommend.

Accommodating host

The place was comfortable, and had a great location close to the lake, coffee shops, grocery stores, and hiking trails. Myverick was extremely accommodating, generously allowing us to adjust the dates of our stay, and request a late check out, both of which made our stay much more convenient and enjoyable. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Beautiful Home

The home provided everything as if you would be at your own home. The home was clean and spotless. Loved hatbthe home provided board games and arcade like games in the living room area. The home is about 8 min away from the casinos. We will definatley visit and hope to stay here again!!. definately recommend this place!

Pleasant, Quiet, if a bit warm

My family and I stayed in this house for a couple days in late June. We still got to see some snow around though so that was nice. The house was clean, the hosts were very communicative, and we were quite comfortable. Some things to consider if you plan to stay here: -if you have a hard time climbing stairs and going up inclines, this place has a lot of them -this home was definitely designed to retain heat, so the upstairs was especially warmer than downstairs and there was no AC-- the owners did provide a lot of fans to get air circulating -we took the bear advice seriously so expect to bring in any food in your car inside the house, it's a bit tedious depending on your situation but understandable. Overall, my family's stay was pretty comfortable. We're considering going back again but with other relatives.

Perfect getaway

Excellent property. Great location. Owner was super quick to respond to messages. Both bedrooms and bathrooms are downstairs on the entry level. Living room, dining area and kitchen are upstairs. Perfect for kids or pets; there’s a kids gate installed at the top of the stairs. Everything was clean and ready for us upon arrival. Lots of games provided for family game nights when it was too cold to be out. It started snowing during our stay and it was beautiful. Would stay again!

I might look into new cleaning service alot of dust. And maybe post about the amount stairs i have knee issues and it was abit of a problem. But it was a cozy condo & communication & area was great.

Great cabin near Nevada side casinos and downtown

We stayed for a long weekend and enjoyed the cabin with our family. The place was clean and had all the amenities you could want... TV with Netflix, Disney+, etc., Golf Game, washer/dryer with provided laundry detergent, alarm, dishwasher, central heat. We had a great time and would stay there again. Thank you!

A Room With a View

The condo was cozy and well kept. The location was great. It was a quick drive to Heavenly. Everything in the bathrooms worked, especially the hot water. The heater throughout as well. The upstairs had a large tv and a beautiful bay window to watch the snow fall on the trees and just enjoy the season. The owner, Myverick, was vey attentive before and during our stay with the impending winter storm. The guest Igor binder was well organized and helpful. We will definitely return.

The smoke couldn’t stop our fun

We stayed at the property In order to attend a nearby wedding. We loved the accommodations. The fires nearby caused for smoky air but the inside of the place had decent air quality with a nice air conditioner

Great stay

Our experience was overall great. We had some unforeseen factors like fires that did effect our stay. But the property manager was extremely attentive, considerate, responsive and proactive to make sure we still had a good time. We would go back again because the location is great— 10 mins from downtown and 10 mins from Zephyr Cove. Only thing that kinda sucked is because there was no AC, we tried to keep the windows open, but you are in close corridors with neighbors so playing music during non quiet hours (5 pm - 9 pm) you still disturb the peace. Also, the distance from the parking to the house is easy but I don’t recommend caring a cooler up in down it.

Great place to stay in Tahoe!

I stayed here with a group of friends on a long weekend and loved the house! It was the perfect size for the 5 of us and it was awesome that it was pet friendly. The location was great and so were the amenities. We all enjoyed the balcony, golden tee game, grill, and all of the kitchen utensils. I would definitely stay here again!

The perfect getaway

It was such a great location. Close to the lifts! Beautiful scenery and really a quiet neighborhood. The house Had everything we needed. Very cozy ! Great selection of games ! Chairs on the deck would be a nice addition. We enjoyed that little deck off the main room. We def recommend.
