This St. Simons vacation rental looks exactly like the one you hoped you'd find—and better than the one your friend booked last year. The kitchen has a landing-strip for an island. It's bright, polished, and big enough to host a breakfast battle between team sweet and team savory. The living room’s a clean-lined landing zone for post-beach naps and low-stakes movie nights. Every bedroom has a TV, actual storage, and doors that close all the way.

The primary suite has tray ceilings, a walk-in closet, and a soaking tub that quietly ruins all other tubs. It’s not just pretty—it’s private, padded, and absolutely built for sleeping in.

They sell out.) Monkey Wrench will get your crew geared up with bikes. Gnat’s and Bubba Garcia’s are close enough to walk to for lunch or live music. And Two Friends Boutique is down the road for champagne-fueled shopping under the moss. Who doesn't like to be served while they shop? And besides, you can stumble home to your beach rental.

The beaches here give you options. Coast Guard Station is great for families—parking, restrooms, lifeguards. Gould’s Inlet is the quiet one, ideal for long walks, shelling, and seeing stars you haven’t seen since childhood. We have rented from Emmons before and find them to be great to work with. We had hoped to rent the house again next Feb...but it's already booked. It's that good!
