And Two Friends Boutique is down the road for champagne-fueled shopping under the moss. Who doesn't like to be served while they shop? And besides, you can stumble home to your beach rental.

This is a wonderful house - beautifully designed and perfect for a small family. It was even better than the pictures - and the neighborhood is so charming. This was the first time we have not stayed directly on the beach, and we found the location to be very convenient - walking to Red Fern Village and easy to get to other favorite locations.

We spent about 5 weeks at the house and thoroughly enjoyed the house, yard and neighborhood. We have rented from Emmons before and find them to be great to work with. We had hoped to rent the house again next Feb...but it's already booked. It's that good!

Overall great new property with a 5-10 minute drive to everything. Home had nice amenities and plenty of space. The only thing I would improve is to have better mattresses, they were a little uncomfortable. Even still, would stay here again.
