Parking & Access Notes Guests have access to one (1) private parking spot in the building’s garage — best suited for standard or mid-size vehicles. Valet parking is also available for an additional fee, subject to availability. Please note: Oversized vehicles (longer than 200 inches) may have difficulty maneuvering in the garage, so valet is recommended in those cases.

Hours of silence in the patio and outside the house after 10 pm on weekdays and 11 pm on weekends.
Smoking is NOT allowed anywhere inside the property. Smoking is allowed outside only and an ash tray is provided. Do not throw any cigarette butts on the ground.
Maximum Occupancy- The maximum number of guests on the property (at any time during your stay) is limited to the number in your reservation.
Guests must not create excessive Noise / Music that disturbs neighbors; Any noise that crosses the property line and enters into the neighbor’s space is considered excessive noise. If we receive a call of excessively loud music, you may be asked to leave the property.
The person making the booking must be older than 18.
*We do inventory after each stay and any missing items, heavily soiled or damaged linen/towels, clogged toilets, excessive dirtiness or indoor smoking will be charged accordingly.
Any Violation of above set rules could results in the immediate cancellation of the stay, a request to vacate the property and loss of your deposit.
Pet Policy Please note that only service animals are allowed on the property. All service animals must be registered at the front desk upon arrival and accompanied by proper documentation

The apartment was very clean and exactly what we needed! It’s in an amazing area and we really enjoyed the stay.We had issues with communicating with the host and building. The host did not provide instructions for entering the property on time and we had to follow up twice to get instructions. Parking instructions were also not provided until the second day of our stay despite us asking when we arrived, so we had to figure it out with the building who then told us we were in the wrong spot when we were not. A significant amount of time was spent just trying to get the information for our stay and parking.Overall a great stay and great property, but communication could be better.
