The upper level master features a king bed, 65" smart tv, large ensuite bath with a custom tiled shower and double sink, large walk-in closet and a desk for convenience. There is a queen suite located on the lower level that features a 50" smart tv, ensuite bath with walk-in shower, and access to back patio with a couch, two chairs, and a grill for relaxing while enjoying the beautiful pond and fountain view after a long day at the beach or pool. The third bedroom with full over queen bunk is also located on the lower level, this bedroom features an ensuite with full tub/shower combo. Washer/dryer are located on this level as well. The main/second level features and open living room and chef's kitchen. A half bathroom and balcony area accessible on this level as well. The living room features a large sectional couch and 75" smart tv. The beautiful Chef's kitchen with large island and gas stove has everything you will need to make an amazing meal to enjoy at the island or dining table. The upper balcony right outside the living room has a love seat, two chairs and small table to kick back and relax with your morning coffee or evening beverage. Our townhouse is located right across from the community pool for easy access (OPENS MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND FOR THE SEASON). Heritage Village is located within American Classic Golf Club, a 9-hole golf course, so be sure to bring your clubs and walk right to the course. Linens, towels, toiletries, 2 bikes, and beach equipment (4 chairs, beach bag, beach blanket, umbrella, beach toys, Yeti cooler bag, and beach towels) are provided. Salt Air is located less than a mile off Coastal Highway and walking distance to restaurants, entertainment, and shopping.

Ready to hit the beach, you have plenty of options! Lewes, Cape Henlopen, Rehoboth, and Dewey are all within 5 miles. Other great options are Indian River Beach (9.6 miles), Bethany Beach/Boardwalk (14 miles), Fenwick Island (20 miles), Ocean City Maryland Beach/Boardwalk (27 miles).

Downtown Lewes is 3 miles away with more restaurant options. Our personal favorite is Big Oyster where you can relax and enjoy your meal and beverage while the kids (and/or adults) play on the play area w/ swing set, corn hole, ping pong, and even a basketball court.

Head to the famous Rehoboth Boardwalk for tons of restaurants, great shopping, and entertainment at Funland for rides and games!!

If you are looking for great night life head into Dewey for live music, dining, and tons of bar hoping options!!
