The Neighborhood:

When you're not grilling or dining in at this beautiful condo, sample one of many local eateries around town - several have been featured in Southern Living Magazine. The famous Flora-Bama Lounge & Oyster Bar is only a short 5-minute walk from the unit and is a local hotspot for freshly shucked oysters, delicious seafood, and a litany of fun events such as their annual Interstate Mullet Toss!



Drive 6 miles down the island to the Lost Key Golf Club. Here you can play a round of golf on a picturesque course and enjoy lunch in the restaurant afterwards. This beautiful 18-hole course is situated near Dolphin Pass on Perdido Key and was redesigned by the famous Arnold Palmer Design Group. Other golfing choices around Orange Beach include Craft Farms, Glen Lakes, and more.



This unit is a short 5-minute drive to downtown Orange Beach, grocery stores, and is situated near local shopping centers and restaurants. There are numerous places nearby for rental needs such as jet skis, stand-up paddle boards, and helicopter tours of the coast! Also, within a short 10-minute drive are State and National Gulf Coast Parks. Conveniently located, there is something nearby for everyone to see and do!

Getting Around:

PARKING:

Two parking passes are included with your reservation. Upon arrival, you will get parking pass from our office which is 4.8 miles from the complex. If coming in town from the Beach Express, it is only one mile “out of the way”. We offer overflow parking at our office for $50/stay.



Other Things to Note:

🚫This condo is a NON-SMOKING condo even on the balcony. 🚬 Smoking

Smoking is prohibited around the indoor/outdoor pools, hot tubs, and BBQ areas.

A designated smoking area is located at the west end of the ground-level parking area.



🏘️If you need additional space in the same complex, ask us about our other units at Regency Isle.

🌾 Beach & Dune Rules

Do not walk on dunes or sea oats (protected by state law).

Place tents behind the beach service chairs.

No beach equipment may be left on the beach after sunset.

Drones may not be flown, launched, or landed on Regency Isle property.

Orange Beach law prohibits drones on the beach north of the mean tide line.



*AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses.

We had an amazing stay at this beach condo! The location couldn’t have been better—just steps from the sand with stunning ocean views, and within short distance to shops, restaurants, and local attractions.The furnishings were not only stylish but also super comfortable. Everything was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully arranged, which made it easy to relax after a day in the sun.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-managed beach retreat!

We enjoyed our stay. Wish the hot water and water pressure was better. The smoke detector would go off almost every time we cooked. Wish the weather would have been nicer. Rai ed all but one day so we were not able to take advantage of the pool and beach very much.

Regency Isle 1102 is a very nice condo. However, it was described as being on the top floor when actually it is on the second to top floor. It says it has a wrap around balcony which it does not by any imagination. Balcony barely has room for 4 people. It is advertised as a penthouse which is their prerogative, but it is not what I call a penthouse. A very nice condo on the 11th floor but not a penthouse in my vernacular. Says there are views of Ole River to the north which can actually only be seen from a small bedroom window looking across the outside entry hallway. Described as having a Jacuzzi tub which it does not. The person who wrote the description apparently has never actually been in the unit. I would be hesitant to ever rent a condo in Regency Isle again.

We do want to clarify that the “penthouse” designation for this unit is stated by the building/developers and is how the unit is classified within Regency Isle. We understand that the term “penthouse” can mean different things to different guests, and we certainly appreciate your perspective. That being said, we will be reviewing the listing language closely to ensure the description is as clear and accurate as possible for future guests, especially regarding balcony layout, view descriptions, and any amenity wording.
