TRES PALMAS VILLA was fully remodeled in 2021. No worries about lengthy to-do lists on check out. Prepare to be pampered!! Our housekeeper comes daily to clean, do laundry and prepare breakfast. Ana Cristina is the secret jewel of our home and will work hard to ensure an amazing vacation for your group.
Gorgeous master suite with a king bed and queen murphy bed has stunning views of the golf course, lagoon and ocean horizon. Updated luxury master bath with dual sinks. Second Master bedroom with two full beds is adjacent to the rear fenced patio with private pool and has an updated bath with a bonus outdoor shower. Two additional bedrooms with two full beds in each room. Each bedroom comes equipped with individual high efficiency a/c and private bath
A stunning open air great room that can be used with or without screens to let the ocean breezes flow throughout the home. Three separate dining areas and multiple seating areas inside and out. Flat screen TV in Great room. Upgraded high speed Internet included. New outdoor kitchen with gas grill and charcoal smoker as well as an outdoor TV area.
Lovely gourmet kitchen with Mahogany cabinets and granite counter tops with tons of cookware.. All bed linens and towels are provided. Daily laundry, cleaning and breakfast prepared by full time staff. Wraparound patio with stunning views of The Links golf Course, lagoon and ocean horizon views.

We had a great time. Gloria was very helpful leading up to our trip and throughout our time there. She helped us with everything from reservations to setting up car rental. The housekeeper, Ana, was amazing and made our entire vacation so much easier coming with a baby and toddler. Thanks so much guys, had a blast!

Family vacation

Large, spacious home. Seven persons and never felt crowded. Our housekeeper, Ana, provided excellent assistance with all chores including some meal prep. Rooms are all well air-conditoned, other living spaces have multiple ceiling fans. The lanai covers 2 sides of the house, and the pool/spa is just the right size with ample deck area.

Long Term Stay Was truly a Home away from Home

What an amazing stay! A great home and a perfect place to stay in Casa. We stayed in Golf Villa 78 for an extended stay over a 5 week period. It was a perfect villa to make it a true home. From start to finish this was a stay where everything went perfectly. Working with Gloria was such a pleasure and she is the perfect host to stay through. She was beyond responsive and was able to help us in anyway we needed to make our stay as easy as possible. The home is as pictured and no surprises at all. The Wifi worked great, we worked and went to school remotely with four people streaming all da6y and there were no issues at all. All facilities in the house worked great the beds were super comfortable, bathrooms good and the Acs all worked well. Anna is amazing and a real host in the house. She is open to whatever your needs are and is willing to go well above and beyond to make sure the stay is hands off and relaxing. Casa is the most special place on earth and I can not tell you how much our family loves the resort. Villa 78 is in the perfect location to enjoy all elements of the resort. You will be at the beach in 5 min at the golf course in 5 min Perfect location for walks and what can we say about the sunsets. Looked forward to that view overnight from the back porch. Do not hesitate a moment to connect with Gloria and ask about this house. You will love your stay and your time with Anna.

Tres Palmas - Casa de Campo Dominican Republic

A beautiful home in an unbelievable resort! Gloria was extremely responsive to all of our needs and quickly answered our many questions. We couldn't have been happier with the help and communication. Our family had a great time at the pools, beach club and taking excursions! The snorkeling off of Catalina Island was truly spectacular and was the highlight of the trip! We found the resort to be clean, safe and everyone was friendly and helpful! The only piece of critical feedback is that there is a house keeper included with the property. The suggestions for gratuity included in the materials should really state it is a house keeping fee. We were nearly late for our flight as our "tip" was counted and and questioned as we tipped in Dominican pesos at the suggested rate included at the front door of the villa. Apparently, the exchange rate didn't satisfy the employee, so we were asked to then pay in American money or to give more pesos, which we did not have available. It added a stressful end to our trip. I encourage this to be listed as a required fee rather than a tip and if American money is expected, to make that clear in the future as you cannot get American money at the resort.

Beautiful views and very peaceful

Great place to stay for golfers and those who love the beach. We had 8 people total and plenty of space to enjoy the relaxing evenings together. The service at the beach club was excellent and the golfers loved the courses. We rented 2 golf carts for the week. It was very easy to access the beach amenities, marina and restaurants. Casa de Campo is a beautiful resort. The villa included a full time cook and maid, which was an added bonus. She purchased groceries for us and made great meals. I recommend this Villa for the location, service, and peaceful views.

Spacious and inviting

The property was gorgeous. The front patio has a two-part pool (one part can be made into a jacuzzi), perfect for dipping into in the middle of the day. There is also an "outdoor" bathroom easily accessible from the deck. The kitchen is brand new--the wood is beautiful and the appliances worked well. The main part of the house was my favorite part: it was extremely open and surrounded by glass doors, which could be opened to screen doors in order to allow the lovely breeze to pass through the home. The bedrooms were all a nice size; I particularly liked my bed and pillows--I slept like a baby. The location of the home was great; the neighborhood pool was a 5min walk away, and the beach was about a 5min golf cart ride. Moreover, the home is right against a golf course, which makes for a beautiful backyard. Anna, the housekeeper, was incredibly sweet and a wonderful cook. Certainly a beautiful and comfortable stay!

Unforgettable and incredible stay in La Romana

My friends and I had a wonderful time at the Banks' home at the Casa del Campo resort. The house was very clean and spacious with a beautiful open living room surrounded by screened doors letting in the natural sunlight and breeze. There were lots of opportunities for swimming, including a private dipper pool on the premises and a rarely used larger neighborhood pool. The resort's private beach was 5 mins away with beautiful sands and clear blue waters. Another perk was Anna Christina, who made us wonderful meals and took care of our laundry. You'll have the most relaxing vacation you can imagine here.

Gorgeous Paradise!

Fabulous home with wonderful amenities and incredible golf course views-went walking every morning right out the back door onto the golf course. Everything is beautifully landscaped and such a lush tropical setting. Highly recommend the beach club and use of golf cart to get around. The home is wonderfully appointed with TV and Wi-Fi and has nice towels, beds, bedding, lots of wonderful ceiling fans and air conditioning -as well as a pool and hot tub! All the comforts of home in a tropical paradise. We loved eating at the various restaurants on property and enjoyed the Italian village Altos de Chavon -so charming! We would love to stay at this home and resort again!

My second stay at this property! What an awesome visit at this rental Villa in Casa De Campo. I actually toured several properties on this visit because I really love this whole resort - best kept secret in the Caribbean! And I have to say, Tres Palmas is a wonderful villa to stay and one of the best Villa's to vacation. It's spacious open great room that offers gorgeous views and close proximity to the newly updated Beach Club make it an exceptional vacation spot. I cannot say enough good things about the owners and their effort to ensure our stay was top notch. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this property. And the resort is outstanding. I don't even golf and the amount of activities available was great. Great for families or romantic getaway's or golf pilgrimages to the Caribbean gem of Casa de Campo. Cannot wait to go back! We fell in love with Casa de Campo on our first visit over 30 years ago. My husband is an avid golfer who appreciates the variety and quality of the golf amenities. We found something for everyone in our family of diverse interests. Our son loves to play tennis and enjoys competing against the hitting partners up at the hilltop La Terrazza Tennis Center. Our daughter finds the lovely beach the perfect place to read a great book. The grandkids love hanging out at the pool. And I enjoy a day at the new spa after several days of horseback riding through the countryside. We made our dream come true when we found our new home at Casa de Campo!

From the moment we walked through the door of this home, we were awed by the sunshine and ocean breezes streaming through the great room. In a country where you wake up every day to perfect weather, we wanted a home that took advantage of indoor/outdoor living. The sliding glass doors that surround the great room can be opened to screens or just open air and looks out over a beautiful golf course vista and wraparound patio.
The decor is a comfortable casual Caribbean style reflecting the culture of the island. Our full time housekeeper comes daily to prepare breakfasts and lunches upon request, and to clean and wash clothes. Child care and professional catering available upon request.

We are located walking distance to the beach on a peaceful cul de sac with stunning views! The home is completely screened to allow balmy breezes without the bugs. Smart TVs and comfortable furniture to relax at home after a day on the go!
We will provide you with information on places to go, things to see and we have a professional property manager who can assist in arranging transportation, delivery of groceries, change of currency and all the other details to help simplify your trip.
