Amazing mountain views in scenic Intervale

Our quiet apartment is perfect for the escaping couple in search for a beautiful time away together. Central to the Mount Washington Valley, in the quaint village of Intervale, there is plenty to do with near-by hiking, skiing, climbing, fishing and other sports, as well as you’ll be minutes from beautiful downtown North Conway with its shops and restaurants.

This is a newly rebuilt (2022) property with new heating, kitchen, bath and furnishings. There is a deck off of the living room that has a spectacular view of the mountains. This is the end apartment of a 7-unit complex, my wife and I have owned the property for over fifty years and maintain our second home there (one of the other apartments) and we like to keep the property well maintained and quiet. Off of the deck there is a large side lawn with benches and chairs, perfect for a picnic in the summer, which also overlooks the mountains as well as woods and fields below. The wildlife is abundant; you often see deer or turkeys grazing in the fields. There is over a mile of private trails through the woods behind the complex that you can snowshoe and cross-country ski on in the winter and hike in the summer.
