The apartment is quiet, private, and offers direct views of the bay and serene bird sanctuary. Even during stay-at-home orders, the heated pool remains open for your enjoyment.

We provide two full sets of keys along with a mailbox key, should you wish to receive mail during your stay.
The building features an elevator for your convenience. A dolly is also provided to make move-in and move-out smooth and effortless.
Upon request, we provide a crib, high chairs for toddlers, as well as other items for children. Bathtub/shower are ADA complaint.

Guests have access to all of the apartment, gym, sauna, hot tub, swimming pool, exercise room, barbecue area

Enjoy amazing sunrise and sunset views overlooking the Bay and bird sanctuary. Walk to restaurants, coffee shops, steps to the park and the beach.
Getting Around:
Covered parking for 1 car is included. Street parking is also usually available.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Please follow the cancellation policy on the respective platform. No refund within 30 days of check-in, if you book on our website.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. Deposit will be on-hold, reservation will be cancelled. Cops will be called, and legal actions will be taken, if you choose to throw a party at our property! Outside furniture, and decorations are not allowed.
Keep outside noise to a minimum after 10pm. Ask for approval if you have visitors, and additional guests fees applies.
Exterior security cameras monitoring in place, so please check your guests count for accuracy at the time of your reservation! Violation to this rule will result in immediate eviction.
Groups of visitors, and party size visitors are not allowed.
