This beautiful 4 bed, 3 bath home in Island Park will make your vacation a relaxing getaway. With one California King bed, one king bed and two queen beds, the home sleeps eight guests comfortably. The two upstairs king bedrooms have ensuite baths. A spacious living area with all the amenities including a 75" LCD TV, wi-fi and DVD provides a comfortable retreat. Each bedroom has its own TV. The house has a large east-facing deck overlooking a beautiful pond and fountain. We provide sheets for the California King bed, if needed. They must be laundered and returned to that bedroom's closet to avoid the $125 service fee.

Absolutely spectacular communication with the home owner. Very nice location away from everything nit far from the beech at all. Nit a far drive to other beach’s and activities in the area and surrounding area. Very wonderful stay and check in process was super easy and simple.

Beach relaxation

House was very clean. Seemed to be painted recently which was nice. Had everything we needed. Owner was super responsive which is a big plus for us. She was so helpful prior to our stay didn’t need anything during the stay. Easy access to the beach. Beach and Pool are walkable although a rental Golf cart is still nice to have. Plenty of TVs if you like that. Beautiful deck and furniture and loved being right near the fountain on the pond. Check-in and check-out was very easy. Loved the outdoor shower.

Our stay at the beach house was fantastic! Everything was spotless and so many extras that made the stay even better. The kitchen had really nice dishes with all the extras including a nice griddle for making pancakes!The outside decks were hard to beat. We spent many hours watching the turtles and ducks in the water. Jennifer made check in so easy! We couldn’t have asked for a better host. We are already booked again for next year!

Hot week at the beach

Communication with Jennifer was excellent. Kitchen was well stocked with all the necessary items. Wi-fi and TV reception was solid the whole time. Appreciated the extra beach chairs that were available since I didn't have to pack them for our trip.Only cleanliness problem to report was the back deck needed a cleaning from the bug mess. I would have done it myself but there wasn't a convenient water and hose available.Over all a great value that was perfect for my family.

bring your own linens, towels (hand, shower, drying), toilet paper, trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and laundry detergent, etc, etc. House is perfect otherwise!

Thanksgiving 2024

Came to the beach for a couple of nights over Thanksgiving and this house was perfect. The host was exceptional and the property was as advertised-spacious and clean. Thank you! Would rent again without question!

Oyster Fest 2024

We came to Ocean Isle for Oyster Fest and a quick weekend get-a-way with friends! The Perch is a lovely home with a great location! Everything was clean and our stay was excellent! Our host as quick to respond if we needed anything! Highly recommend! needed anything!

Golf weekend

Excellent location with easy access off the island. The area is very clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the back deck in the evening and the neighborhood is very quiet. The four bedrooms are great for adults traveling and the bathroom on the main floor is rather large with private access from the bedrooms. Just a few notes on the listing be sure to bring linens and towels for your stay and the coffee machine is a Kurig not a drip so get pods.

we have been to ocean isle many times and stayed in island park several times and this house is one best the best and cleanest homes we have stayed in. it has everything you need (kitchen, beach chairs , etc..) the house is located on a quite and peaceful side street and only a 3 min. walk to the beach. Jennifer is a great with communication and will answer any question you have. we would stay here again without hesitation.

Everything we expected and more!

Great location, perfect setting for a week at the beach! House is super clean with all the amenities you will need for a fun and relaxing stay at the beach. Plenty of space for the whole family. Property Manager is so easy to work with and responsive when needed. We will definitely stay again!

Family vacay

The house is very nice but if you are looking for a pet free house do not choose this one. It states no pets allowed but when we arrived the floor was covered in dog hair was if it had not been cleaned - so much sand!! I’m guessing it is from the owners dog as there is a dog bed under one of the beds. Also if you choose to stay make sure you get the code to the pools as they are locked gates. There is nothing stating it in their welcome book -( mainly only restaurant menus from 2019 that need to be updated) we packed up from the beach so excited to go to the pool the first night and left with my three year old granddaughter crying because we couldn’t get in- so make sure you ask for the code!! It is nowhere to be found in any of the emails or at the house. Otherwise the house is nice, good location from the beach - but do not use Golf cart rental company if you get a cart!! Beds are comfy- but if it’s humid outside the upstairs seems to need a dehumidifier as everything seemed wet. Overall we did love the layout of the house- it’s decorated nicely and the downstairs shower is great.

My husband David and I have been vacationing at OIB for years and we have owned property on the island since 2005. We also have an oceanfront condo (414438) that we rent. We love OIB and think it is the perfect family vacation spot. We have certainly enjoyed spending time on the island with our two kids and extended family.

This beach house is in the Island Park Cottages community on the far west end. It's away from the hustle and bustle of the island center, but is a quick drive to all the action. This is a perfect house for two families and close to other Island Park rentals for extended family. It's a quick 2-3 minute walk to the public beach access or you can rent a golf cart during your stay.

This beach house backs up to a pond that has a fountain. It provides the relaxation of listening to running water without the cost of being oceanfront. You can also rent our kayaks and use them in the pond.
