Welcome to your relaxing Ocean Isle Beach family retreat in the desirable Summer Place community. This beautifully updated, open-concept beach house comfortably sleeps 10 and is just a short walk to the beach, with the community pool located only 10 houses away.

Perfect for family vacations, multi-family stays, and peaceful coastal getaways.

THE HOME
• Recently renovated kitchen with granite countertops & new appliances
• Hardwood floors throughout
• Open living area with soaring ceilings
• 65” Smart TV in main living room (YouTube TV included)
• Secure high-speed WiFi
• Large half-covered front porch
• Covered patio with outdoor seating & 55” Smart TV
Relax on the porch and enjoy the ocean breeze after a day at the beach.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS(Sleeps 10)
• 1 King Bedroom
• 1 Queen Bedroom
• 2 Bedrooms each with Two Full/Double Beds

One bedroom includes a Smart TV.
Another features a desk with monitor & HDMI cable — ideal for remote work.

All bedrooms and bathrooms were fully renovated in 2022 with:
• Large tiled showers
• Quartz vanities
• Updated fixtures
• New washer & dryer

Three full bathrooms plus an outdoor shower make beach days easy.

Great house close to the beach!

This is a great property! It's incredibly well-stocked with just about everything you could need. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are gorgeous and we just loved staying here.

The location of this place is perfect! The hostess was quick to resolve any problems we had at the beginning of the week. Made great memories here! I love the front porch! Great for reading and Bible study!Having everything needed to walk and play at the beach more easily was a bonus! Fantastic house!

My husband and I have been staying at the Carolina beaches for over 40 years. This was one of the nicest and best equipped places we have stayed at. We will be back. The only caveat was the beaches were very crowded. Could be the location or maybe just a lot of vacationers

Great small vacation

Property is beautiful and so close to the beach. My wife and I enjoyed the Sunset Beach race while my in-laws enjoyed the beach and everything this property has to offer. We will definitely be visiting again!

Perfect Place to Stay at OIB!

This house is amazing! It is perfect for our family. Plenty of space and places to sit. Great outdoor space. Plenty of parking space. Loved having the beach chairs and wagon. Well equipped vacation home!

This home was clean and comfortable with a great deck. The kitchen was really well equipped and we really loved the fully stocked beach equipment closet!

Great place, great location.

We absolutely loved our stay. Really close to the pool and the beach. The house was clean and well stocked. The decor throughout the house was super cute. Plenty of space for our family of 9. The beach chairs and umbrellas were great as well.

Wonderful stay’

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. The kitchen had every gadget imaginable and was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes etc. the rooms were very clean and the house size was perfect for 3 couples and two children! Highly recommend!

Fantastic property! Everything you needed and exceptionally clean!

Property was immaculate! The Graper family has left you all the necessary beach essentials. It’s a short walk to the public beach access and the porch is great for breakfast or late evenings!

Fun & relaxing

This house was great. It had a very well stocked kitchen. Nice back yard for corn hole games & nice front deck for relaxing. Enjoyed the whole week with family.

Beautiful Home

We throughly enjoyed our stay in Kim & Chris's home. Kim is an excellent host, she answered all my questions (I asked a lot) very quickly. The house was very clean upon arrival. You can tell a lot of thought was put into furnishing the house, well stocked kitchen, nice bedding and looks to be recently updated as well. A really nice touch was that they provided beach chairs and boogie boards so we didn't have to bring our own!! We will be renting this home again next year.

Great time

Nice stay, just the right size and didn’t have to bring chairs and such for the beach. Pool was right around the corner and beach right across the street, or like we had a golf cart the access for cart parking was only about 3 blocks down

Amazing Get Away

This home was perfect for our family of 5. Clean, comfortable, and close to everything. We highly recommend this home for anyone visiting Ocean Isle. The owners are fantastic. It was definitely our home away from home for the week. We will miss it.

Great week at the beach

Owners were great to work with, especially given the pandemic issues. House was neat, clean, and very comfortable. Storeroom had everything we needed for the beach. Just a short walk to the pool and the beach.

Loved it!

Such ease renting the property, communicating with property owners, and arrival process. Quick easy walk to the beach and so many fun beach supplies for us to use! Kid friendly and super clean! This was our second time staying here and will definitely be booking it again!

Great House!

Wonderful house! The house is beautiful with a well stocked kitchen, great games and tons of books. We were very impressed with the beach gear. Plenty of chairs, umbrellas, and even a wagon to take it all to the beach. Thanks for an amazing trip!

Because we live just three hours away, we’re able to visit often and personally ensure the house stays fresh, clean, and well cared for. We’re committed to keeping it updated and inviting so every guest feels at home from the moment they arrive.
